This is the worst cellular store I've ever been to. They are rude EVERY TIME I come in. They would not sell me a new Sim card (I lost my phone) even though the customer service agent from the 1 800 number told me to go in to a store to purchase one. I absolutely loathe coming here. Wish I could give Negative stars!!!

Angela is a bright intelligent person. She actually took the time to help us with a new phone, not only that we were unable to turn the old phone on to verify email, she figured how to help us... 5 stars to Angela, need people like her in the working industry
