IS THERE A NEGATIVE ANYWHERE??
This is the absolute worst pharmacy ever. The automated phone service is even worse. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Not even enemies. This pharmacy apparently only does DEI hiring.

Jack in the box across the street has 5 star customer service compared to this place! Employees need to be retrained due to HORRIBLE customer service. They act like they hate their jobs and customers but we’re not the reason why they are so miserable. Management needs to look into this matter.

Terrible customer service. Employees on their personal phone instead of attending customers. I was given attitude as soon as I walked up to the counter as if I was bothering them for needing to shop at the store which is ridiculous. I was then attended by Thomas who had a sarcastic attitude during our encounter. He assumed an order was not made and completed due to lack of communication between staff. He continuously laughed at simple tasks as if he thought I didn’t comprehend what was going on I was not sure what was the reason for the unprofessional customer service. One of the WORST CVS and unfortunately only one in the area.

As soon as you walk in you can feel the bad energy. The store is messy and not organized at all. The employees act like the customer is a nuisance when asking for help. Every employee I encountered this weekend was unprofessional, lack customer service, and gave me the worst “Waller hospitality” experience when stopping by this town.

I can only speak for my family. The pharmacists and staff have always treated us with the upmost respect and have always been gracious and kind. We are very thankful for our local pharmacy. They are truly a blessing to myself and family. Thank you!

Currently waiting for the pharmacy to open to check on the RX my doctor sent on Thursday. I was told I would get a text when ready and confirmed they had the right phone number.

Definitely doesn’t close at 11pm, came here at 10:30pm and the doors were locked! Need to change the time to the correct timing, drove to here for an emergency and for nothing!

I usually drive over to CVS at least once a month, and when I do, I never personally have any bad experiences. Very polite and professional workers, especially when it was time to get a shot back when. The interior layout makes everything easy to see and not a maze to get to. CVS as a whole has been slammed with a bad crowd, but this specific one has never given me any trouble.

Not open late, don't waste time coming from Hempstead to waller now have to keep looking for pink eye drops for my toddler door was closed at 10pm hope walgreens is open by Cypress

I can’t realize that no one ever brings me here because we go to Brookshire Brothers but what the one in Hempstead shut down or just go to your place CVS I’ve been missing you around 20 years and you are fantastic awesome and grateful I can already know that everything is good and your medicine looks kinda great I just wanted to say that you have pink bubblegum medicine I would like you to give me pink bubble medicine when I get sick I love you CVS pharmacy

The pharmacy is very busy; there is no service with a smile. Trying to actually speak with someone by phone is difficult. I used this CVS because they had the best price, ended up transferring my prescription. Sometimes cost isn’t everything. Obviously, very poor management .

Store was closed at 10pm. Employees cars were there… webpage says 11pm. My son was having an episode and needed otc meds stat.. now driving to cypress
