First negative experience at CVS Pharmacy located at 2920/Waller County . The cashier at the front check out counter would not accept my $100. 00 bill. The reason for not accepting it was the $100.00 bill is easy to make. I walked over to self check and CVS self checkout machine accepted the same $100.00 she refused to accept. I asked the CVS cashier for Regional Director name . I’m still waiting for that information. CVS Leadership please TRAIN your staff . Please tell Cashiers not to accuse your customers of using counterfeit bills. I will be returning to WalGreens for all of my Pharmacy Services .Professor R. Morgan

Worst customer service ever!!! Unprofessional, misinformation on the phone that medication is ready, making the customer waste time driving there, only to be told they are out of the medication. They act like it's a joke, no consideration, all laughing and giggling and carrying their own conversations instead of taking care of the customers. No surprise they have a low 2.1 score and only because one star is needed to write the review. I hope CVS management cleans up their mess!! This CVSis the joke! ?????

My daughters Dr. Office called in a prescription at 3:20pm, 11/18/2023. She went to retrieve the prescription around 4:20pm Ann stated the prescription was not there. During that time my daughter contacted her Dr office to confirm it’s been transmitted and they confirmed with a receipt and time. My daughter decided to leave and run errands assuming they’ll pull the prescription while she’s away and have it ready when she got back. When she returned, Ann and another individual, said they still had not received it. At 4:50pm, 11/18/2023. The Dr office proceeded to call the CVS, while waiting 53 mins for someone to answer, they confirmed oh yes we did get the prescription and she was filling it that very moment. Once Ann hung the phone up, lying to the Dr. They informed my daughter she will get her prescription tomorrow11/19/2023 and that they had to close. My daughter is away in college, struggling with a severe sinus infection and a sore throat. They never checked the fax machine to see if there were prescriptions that were due to fill before they closed. They kept taking new orders from walk-ups even when my daughter told them her prescription was on the fax machine at 4:20pm. This is the worse CVS and everyone who worked Saturday 11/18/2023 should be terminated for not doing their jobs. They actually shut the window on her. She was mortified that she had to deal with the horrible infection overnight. At this point, my family has been using CVS for 18 years, this one Time experience has forced me to leave and support Walgreens. I am done with them!!!

I have been using CVS for years! Lately the pharmacy is awful! I had a prescription that needed to be refilled, one that I have had filled there for years. I called and the recording said they had nothing ready for me. So I called my doctor that told me they had called it in 2 weeks before. So I called the pharmacy back, waited to speak to someone, when they came on the line I said I was checking on a prescription and BEFORE I even said my name, I was very rudely told that they didn't have anything for me. After saying my name, she immediately said "I said we don't have anything " I then called my doctor back, who called the pharmacy and within 2 minutes they had it. Then, Yesterday I was picking up a prescription for my daughter that was just release from the hospital, after waiting 45 minutes, as they were closing they said, "we don't have that in stock".Or it's a common prescription that the lazy pharmacist just didn't want to fill because it was quitting time? I think it was! Terrible pharmacy! Too bad 1⭐️ is the lowest rating I could give...

Kenya has very poor customer service as a pharmacy tech at the drive thru window. She ignored me, chewing and smacking gum while talking , over talking me with smirking grin, poor listening skills, tried to give the wrong medication and I explained to her I do not take that medicine. She walked away while I was explaining to her the issue that should have been cleared in the past. No help from her period. What kind of store would even hire her with her helpless, poor attitude and poor customer service. Store ID 7485. I will transfer my pharmacy needs to another store and complain to Corporate Office

This is my first time dealing with CVS in Waller had a bad experience with the pharmacy tech Ms Tata. She hung up in my face and she was very disrespectful to me and all I wanted was the customer service and unfortunately, she was very disrespectful she told me that it was not her job. Please teach us customer service.

Don't waste your time with this place. Pharmacy staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. This CVS was a good several years back but has went downhill and hit rock bottom. I will NOT be back.

Customer services is no longer a thing now because they have self checkout. I came in to buy something and the lady was just touching a bag a chip acting like she working. I asked her to check me out so I don’t have to do self check out but she refused to and told me to use the machine. Lazy worker and poor services.

I WAS A CVS LOVER!!! But not after today, July 13th. I called and ask the front store Rep to please hold my online order an extra day. The lady said she would hold it for me. I asked twice. She confirmed. I went to pickup that order and another order. You guessed it!! They cancelled my order and the young girl was the one that told me she would hold the order and that the Manager did not see the note. It's a simple brown bag. ? I left the store confused, but not surprised. I later called and asked "Rich" or "Richie" if he could allow me to get the items because I bought enough items to have multiple amazing coupons. This j*** stated that they cannot hold items longer than 3 days, and I explained that I called and was told you could hold the items. If she told me no, I would have detoured to get them. Sadly, that young girl did not know what those items were that I may truly NEEDED. I explained that I called their Customer Service Dept and the Rep told me to call and ask about getting the items I ordered and I have done this several times with other stores. He continued for the third (3rd) time stating they have a 72 hour hold. Not one apology! I simply responded, "Oh, those were the professional stores and hung up."I have talk to the Actual Manager of this store and he stated he trains various stores. Poor You Sir, this simple man told me 3 times about this Policy, but your Co-worker that answers the phone does not know it????? ? INTERESTING!!!!!!

Waited up front for almost twenty minutes to drop off a UPS package, looked around the store, knocked on the employee door, and nothing. It’s like there’s no employees there, everyone was just using self-checkout.

I guess the 2.1 rating explain everything. The pharmacy folks could care less about the consumer and I truly believe that they hate their jobs. They need some stern management in place that is not afraid of the status quo and take immediate action by setting some firm policies in customer service. Leave the attitude at home...The consumer is left stuck in the middle between the pharmacist in the doctor.

The entire staff is wonderful and I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone except for the lead pharmacy tech named Dimitria Isaac, she continuously has a very rude attitude, ugly expressions on her face when she is speaking to customers I went out of my way to avoid saying something in response but a man only has so much he can tuck away in the heat of the moment especially when he's in pain waiting for his medication. The rest of the staff is on point and goes out of their way to maintain customer satisfaction. I am genuinely curious of how she obtained the lead position due to her "bedside manner" which is a major factor in medical care. The customer service failure have had us for the last 6 months contemplating using another pharmacy whatsoever. If you happen to catch this location on a day when she is absent or on her lunch break, you are in good hands. But if you walk in and see her she takes over the show, talks to her co-workers as if they are trash and her customers as they are ignorant. Some of us has had these conditions for years and we do love all of the staff.CHRISTOPHER JONES
