The coaches are absolutely amazing!! They are confident in their ability to train you, which makes you confident in your ability to perform. From the moment you walk in you are surrounded by support and encouragement. I really enjoy the workouts. You don't feel the time and the music is perfect. The Guy who trains is very commited. He really motivates and explain each exercise. I recommend this Gym to everyone. Trainers are very friendly and professionals.
