I was looking for a bank in Waller since Wells Fargo branch closed. I went to Prosperity Bank in Waller to see if they had a notary for some insurance papers, as well as ask about opening up an account. With that being said, based on the actions and negitive aggressiveness of Ms. Parker they will never ever get my money or my businesses money. They didn't even ask if I was interested in opening an account...It was just "No" and "No" again if you are not a customer of ours currently I left puzzled and out of sorts based on being turned away. Just for asking if there was a notary. After gathering myself I went back in to ask Ms.Parker If there is any way she would reconsider and again I was told "No".... nothing like are you interested in opening an account or something to that nature, but nothing. Definitely consider your options prior to choosing a bank.

That MAKISKA lady is of no use, went to open an account, had valid Tx DL, birth certificate, & passport and she said NO. Walked out and went to Prosperity in Hempstead and opened the account with no trouble or hassle PLUS with a smile.

Horrible customer service Everytime I go into the commercial Lane. The Lady there never says hi and greets the customer and just sends back the bag and never says Thank you or says anything. It's sad

As for MY experience, they treat you like family here. No business is perfect, but i love my little prosperity bank in Waller....thats it.

I haven't been able to log in for 4 days. They have no tech support and dont seem to care. Closing all my accounts as soon as I can. Useless customer service.

This banking company is a JOKE!! They charge you for everything! Even checks. When you open an account they give you ONE check and then they charge you. Cancel after 30 days or they charge you. Hours suck. 9-3 seriously. We are definitely canceling this
