HORRIBLE company. towed my car for literally no reason. they prey on college students because they know there’s not much we can do and we need our cars to get around. if i could rate this “company” 0 stars, i would.

Predatory towing practices against college students that are already struggling to pay rent, bills, and tuition. Towed my rental after I was unable to get in contact with them.

All these people do is harass black people and these kids cars trying to get rich off of these kids that go to Prairie View University taking their car every in the morning I would not use this company I use a Paint & Body shop in cypress.

This "body shop" makes the majority of its money from taking people's cars. They randomly tow from apartments, gas stations, etc in the area and charge $317 and up in fees. Prairie View, Tx in particular; has a lot of limited parking spaces and parking issues, so they really profit off of that. Wish I could recommend for their body work but all I've ever seen is them sneakily towing people's cars.

I have come to the conclusion that this company is illegally targeting Prairie View College Students in the PANTHER HILL APARTMENTS!!! Towing the same cars for unproven infractions (double parked but no picture proof) infers predatory business practices. I wonder if you're even licensed by TLDR to conduct as a business in Waller at all. I would not recommend ANY business that preys on fulltime working students trying to earn a degree at PRAIRIE VIEW UNIVERSITY.

A NEGATIVE review is more accurate. My truck was estimated to take 3 weeks to repair......I finally got it back in 11 weeks. They wrecked my truck while in the shop but claimed it came in like that but pictures taken right before towed showed it did not happen before it was put in the shop. My ranch hand steel front bumper was torn 1 1/2" from truck body but he did not see it when it came in or include in the repair estimate. It most likely was bent by a hydraulic lift or large piece of machinery in the shop. The repair of my truck was $4,300 and it will cost an additional $1,500 to repair the damage they caused.

Horrible experience, this company targets black or African American residents that live in Fountain Hills apartment, they towed my vehicle as well as my daughters on the same night and we are in the same household, neither of us were illegally parked with permits in our vehicles

Amazing!! A few weeks ago we were stuck in a ditch in the water and these amazing people were able to get us out at a respectable price thanks to Megan, Max and the whole family!!
