Trust.When I need work done on my vehicle that is serious, I'm willing to drive to Waller to get my vehicle worked on here.If I take my truck anywhere ELSE for diagnosis, I feel like I have to get second opinions because I never trust the first.With ricker automotive, I trust the first diagnosis. Because of their integrity and honor when I drop my truck off I have zero worries because I can trust that they are on point fixing the right thing the right way. And not trying to sell me a bunch of extra stuff or blowing smoke trying to make money to get into fixing other systems that don't need fixing.This is why I don't take my vehicle to Firestone, meineke, or Christian Brothers.... to get my AC fixed or anything else. And I will take my vehicle a little further to ricker automotive, where they take pride in their craft, they're passionate about cars and their job and people.The peace of mind and knowing that you are not getting cheated, and you can trust they don't make needless recommendations......and that they have good attitudes, kind hearts, and trustworthy people means that you can leave your keys and have it settled heart and you don't have to question anything.
