We recently had to have our beloved Sugar euthanized. The entire staff were very compassionate, professional, and took exceptional care of all of us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Dr. Gaffrey and staff are the best we've ever visited. We have 3 pets and we have moved a few times. We have been to about 5 - 6 vets during an 8 year period. Dr. Gaffrey has the very best disposition along with a level of compassion that exceeds all others. He is always fairly priced and truly cares about pet and their people. He has the highest rating from us that one could get. I wish there was a way to give him 10 stars. Our pets adore him and we are very blessed. I want to also mention we drive an hour to go visit him.

Our Chihuahua wasn't feeling well over Memorial Day weekend. We were able to get an appointment to get him looked at quickly on Tuesday. Dr. W was very thorough in his examination and with his questions. After the examination and blood work, Dr. W said that most likely Pico ate something that bothered his intestinal track. By Tuesday afternoon, Pico was back to his old self! We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at Stoneside! We'll be taking our pets here again as needed.

Dr Gaffrey is definitely 5 stars. Without a doubt he cares about your pet. Very easy to talk to, explains things well, and doesn't try to gouge you.

I am so grateful to have a place like this I can take my dogs to.Doc and staff are so genuinely concerned about my boys. I love this place. Clean, professional, and always willing to bestow tips and knowledge for someone like me that asks two million questions. If you want people that know what they're talking about, won't up-charge you and treat your babies like you do, try these guys out.

Dr. Gaffrey is one of the kindest human beings. We have taken so many animals to him, both strays we have found, as well as our own pets. In each situation, he is professional, caring, and thorough in his explanations.

Just asked them this simple question and I hope they tell you the whole truth…”what happened to Ovi and how did you help?”

I am new to the area and I asked my Nextdoor app friends who should I take my dogs to..... Everyone said Stoneside. They were absolutely correct. The entire staff is kind and compassionate. I moved here from Florida. I loved my vet there but they would always take my dogs to the back to give shots or draw blood, etc. I never liked that. Stoneside let's you see exactly what they are doing to your pet and they explain it in detail. It was refreshing! Dr. G is fantastic, and a hockey fan, BONUS! I'll continue to take my 3 babies there. P. S. While I do enjoy a lot of old school people giving me ideas about how to treat different ailments in animals- the most laughable so far, give your dog a salt cube every month n they'll never have heart worms. Yeah, get em a blood test and get them on a preventative.

I brought our rabbit for a nail trim. This was our first time at this office. I couldn't have been happier with the staff and Dr. Gaffrey! Our rabbit, Salem, has a bit of an attitude problem. She will stomp her paws, hiss and nip at you when she feels like it. I warned them. They were so gentle and caring with her, even speaking softly to her. I'm extremely impressed with everyone and the way the office is handled! IMPRESSIVE!!!!

A few months ago one of my kitties got sick. Over the ensuing months, the doctor did everything he could to help get her well. But it was cancer, and treatment would have been expensive and she was not all that likely to survive the surgery required. Even if she did, it might buy her a few months. When he told me this, he seemed almost as anguished by the news as my wife and I. He gave us some meds for her to keep her comfortable for the next week or so, and we scheduled the time to say goodbye for good. The day we had to say goodbye, the doctor was professional, but also very compassionate. The staff did everything to make the passing easier on her as well as my wife and I. After it was done, they gave me a lock of her hair in a little charm-sized bottle, and prepared her for us to take her to be cremated.A few days ago, I got a card in the mail, signed by the doctor and all his staff, expressing their condolences... and in it was a paw print taken of her while they were preparing her body. This small touch meant so much to my wife and I. The true compassion and sympathy they showed I'll never forget. We have moved away since then, so we won't be able to bring our remaining kitties to them, but I have never seen a more caring, professional, supportive, and loving veterinarian than Dr. Gaffrey and his staff. He has my highest recommendations.

Our sweet 7 year old baby Kali's heart gave up on our way trying to get to A&M's veterinary cardiologist, and we pulled over to the closest vet we could find when she started going into distress and we couldn't have found a more caring compassionate group in our time of need. Although they could not help her heart, they helped as we rushed her in and did all they could. They continued to let us have all the time we needed with her and we are so grateful to Ally who made us perfect paw and nose prints and a charm bottle for her fur clippings. ♥️ Thank you all again so much.
