Made a long drive to pick up an item that they had in stock, per their website. Once onsite, I immediately found the location noted on their website was incorrect. When I asked for help locating the item, the employee was friendly enough, but said I shouldn’t trust website. If it isn’t trustworthy, then don’t publish this detail, if you intend to publish this detail, then make the effort to ensure it is correct.

Casidy helped me with everything I needed and then some! One of the most courteous customer service reps I’ve encountered at a Tractor Supply. Definitely underpaying that one!

I consistently have a positive experience at Tractor Supply. The staff greets every customer warmly upon entry, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Beyond the friendly greetings, the team is always ready to assist, especially the younger employees who help load animal feed into my car with a pleasant demeanor. The store is consistently clean, and the efficient customer service truly stands out. Highly recommend! Keep up the great work! WALLER location !!

I’ve became a more proactive reviewer. I review places that do either really well or really. Unfortunately, tractor supply has become really bad and it’s not the workers. It should be illegal to call your self a supply store for tractors and farmers, yet offer throw away products. Buy a spray bottle or other item for the garden, one time use or a few times if you’re blessed. Tired of places offering inferior products and tractor supply has been consistently horrible with this. No longer will provide any business to tractor supply and I recommend you do the same. Waste of money!

My husband I went to this tractor supply tonight and was treated very poorly and rudely by one of the associates there by the name of Angie. After standing around at the check out for a very long period of time to the point that another customer made the comment very loudly through the store so if there is nobody here to check the customers out does this mean that it’s free. She decided to come up and said every rudely that there is self check out available. My husbands response to that was we are paying full price for the items we expect not to have to check ourselves out which she did not even bag the items that we paid for. My husband had to bagged them himself. Mind you we go into this store at least twice a week and have spent a good chunk of money at this store. I guess we might have to find another location to go to since we can’t even get checked out and have our items bagged by an employee that is getting paid to do that and not the customers.

I called a few times throughout the day to see if they have an item in stock and no one answered my call except 1 time. And that 1 time they picked up the call, they said they didn't have the item when the website said that their store location had 2. I asked her multiple times as she didn't give me a clear answer and I even mentioned what was showing online at her location. She said she will ask someone and never went back on the call and hung up after putting me on hold.
I made the 50 min drive over anyways because I wanted this grill.
I showed up and wow crazy how it's displaying right where the rest of the grills are. Crazy how this worker said she didn't have none in stock. Ontop of the fact there was 3 workers casually chatting when no one picked up the phone for me right before I showed up.
1 of them checked the back to see if they had any more in stock and over 40 minutes stayed back there and when we asked two people to call him back up he then tells us they don't have any back there.

Nice staff, the store is well kept good selection. That being said, be prepared to pay high prices. Pet supplies are 2-3 times higher than major pet stores. Local feed stores have lower prices, and home and garden supplies can be found at better prices at Lowes and Home Depot. But it is a nice store to visit, and it does have a few unique items. They have a very easy return policy with efficient and knowledgeable staff.
