My wife and I purchased a truck for our daughter that needed some love. With that being said Johnny and his team addressed every concern that we had. Not only that ,they also saved us money by being honest. They mentioned to me that while they’re disassembling something because of the age of the vehicle that this component may break, or that may be damaged, which I completely understand. With that being said when I went to go pick up my vehicle I noticed that my bill was less than the estimate that they provided me. That’s because they were able to get certain components off my vehicle without them breaking. They could’ve easily charged me for new parts and I would’ve never known. This is the shop to go to.I find myself referring to them to any and everybody.( We all know how difficult it is to find a honest, ethical mechanic and at this shop that’s exactly what you find.)

While traveling through Wallis alone, I had a low tire and a deadline. The people at Johnnie's treated me like a local. I got great service at a great price! I also appreciated the clean restroom and nice cup of coffee while I waited to them to repair it. Thank you!

They were extremely friendly and helpful. They explained everything when I went in to get a quote to get my muffler replaced. When I can, I plan to go back and go from quote to getting the work done!

For simpler things they can probably get it done. I went to get my vehicle diagnose for my A.C because my compressor would kick on and off. Charged me to let freon out of my vehicle and put back in to see if there was a leak. Cost me 250, after they told me I need a new AC core and might as well replace the heater core and it would cost 2500. Got it done at a different shop and it turn out to be the condenser pressure switch which is a 10min fix and 40 dollar purchase.Service: A/C installation & repair

Not a good experience. They had my car for 8 months. Picked up car and drove straight to another shop. Rear-end is destroyed. Paid over $2K, to just have to pay again. Would not recommend this shop. I purchased brand new gears...this is not new....

I am so thankful for this garage. I drive to work in Richmond at Mason and west park every day. I tried to get into my garages I usually go to. They would not help me with my simple problems. My first time here and they worked in my car and had it done in two days. I will definitely use this garage again. Forget about the garages that had my loyalty. Who can wait til April? And I will find my next car elsewhere. If you buy a car from a certain dealership, it does not mean they will take care of you.You just lost my business for life. I go where there is service.

This is the worst car service I have ever received. We were charged a total over $2000 for temporary fixes that barely lasted the drive home twice. When I called to figure out why, the owner claimed he would call me back another day to explain what repairs were done since he was not in office. When that day arrived he did not call so i had to call him again. When we spoke he claimed he gave us several discounts and also claimed that he had fired the man that had referred us to this company. Along with saying this is only the second time that anyone had ever complained. All untrue. When I had asked if we brought the car back for repairs one final time, the owner also told me we would be charged again which is completely ridiculous since we spent $2000 for a car that still is giving us problems. Do not go here. They will swindle you.Services: General repairs & maintenance
