“Everyone is friendly. It’s easy to make an appointment. The ladies at the front desk are knowledgeable. When we took our dog in for her nail clipping last time, they made one of her nails bleed, but they put some stuff on it to make it stop. When we bought our last six months of medication, it expired before we had used all of it, but they honored it and gave us new medication in exchange.
Update: When Xena had to be put to sleep, I was amazed with how caring and considerate the entire staff was. They allowed us to wait for my daughter to come from out of town. In the meantime, we were able to say our goodbyes to Xena in a quiet room on a blanket holding her and they let us do that for hours & just said to take however long you need. Then after the vet came in & put her to sleep they told us the same thing, to take as long as we needed. Then they helped coordinate the cremation and everything. Because of this clinic and the people there I have a peaceful memory that was as positive as a companion’s death’s memory could be.”
