Excellent for routine stuff. They do not take your concerns about your pet seriously.

Been using them for about a year and I'm well pleased with their prices and overall treatment of my little Boo! A lot of people make the drive from Shreveport/Bossier so that tells you a lot when we have a vet on every corner here.

No appointments are provided. I drove for an hour to be told that I would have to wait over 2 and 1/2 hours to be seen because they weren't taking any more patients until after they closed and reopened for lunch. I have an anxious dog and could not keep her in the car for that long. Appointments would have kept this from being a wasted trip and a more understanding attitude from the receptionist would have gone a very long way.

Came here (new location: building in front of Gators & Friends) on the recommendation of a friend who has used him for years. 1st come first served, so I came early. Big waiting room so animals can have their space. Nice & patient workers. Vet was gentle, thorough, and explained what he was doing. Took bloodwork with instant results. I was able to get the antibiotics when I checked out, which was convenient. The total cost was much cheaper than my previous vet. Would recommend and will use them again.

I visited Tiller Veterinary Clinic at the end of March, hoping to get the best care for my dog. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. My dog is now suffering from diabetes and cataracts, and I felt that the vet did not provide the necessary help or guidance during our appointment.
The consultation felt rushed, and I left with more questions than answers about my dog's condition. They did not communicate how severe the results of her blood test were, which left me feeling anxious and unprepared. Instead of receiving a clear plan or recommendations for managing her health until the next checkup, it seemed like the focus was on getting through the appointment rather than addressing my concerns.
I truly expected more compassion and thoroughness from a veterinary clinic, especially when it comes to a beloved pet's health. I hope to find a practice that prioritizes pet care and provides the support that pet owners need during challenging times.

Absolutely disappointed they won’t release my dogs rx for arthritis medication that my dog needs and force me to pay 100$ when if they give me the rx I can get it way cheaper elsewhere. How expensive life is now and they want to make sure the get 80$ more in there pocket as opposed to elsewhere when our dog needs it. Kinda like the medical world all about money.

Vets are awful. Rude. And very unprofessional! They don’t care for animals! Take your precious cats, dogs etc to a vet that CARES!

We took our cat in there for seizures and they were extremely rude and turned us away and didn't seem to care that she was having a seizure in her carrier!

They moved out by Gators and friends. We’re passing through but I would consider moving here for him. Office staff was amazing too!
I can’t recommend him enough! Thank you.

Took our dog to the vet a little over a week ago and concerned that she might have sepsis they did not document the fact that we brought her up there because she might have sepsis they did not do any blood tests on her they sent her home with antibiotic and a pain pill this morning dog passed away call the vet turn form them what happened to the dog and the office manager threatened to send somebody to my house to beat me up this is the type of service you get from this vet if you want your dog to die and to be threatened to have people show up at your house then take your dog here otherwise find you a real vet that carries for people's animals

I like this place. Wish they could be my dogs primary vet but they only take care of emergency. They are a Not For Profit vet hospital so prices are very resonable and they may be able to help the low income pet owner. SAVE A PET. IF YOU NEED CARE NOW 24/7

You might not like his bed side manner, but he gives it to you straight.
