Worst customer service and worst pharmacy I've ever used. Never once have I been able to just have a prescription called in and be able to go pick it up. They always want to argue with my doctors or tell them why the prescriptions are wrong or tell me that they don't know when they're going to have it in and I just had major spine surgery trying to get my meds filled and it's always a complication. Filing a lawsuit this week as my health has deteriorated due to the complications and getting my prescriptions filled. Do not use this pharmacy as they care so much about the reputation and nothing about their patients

Thai was filling in at this pharmacy and did a wonderful job!!! He went out of his way to make sure meds sent from the hospital sent over were filled by close even though they came in quite late in the day and he was the only one working. Thank you Thai for your help, you were very knowledgable, patient and made our first experience at the Albertsons pharmacy a great one!

Never on time. Shouldn’t take 6 hours to get a cream ready. Might as well call them ahead of time before assuming they’ll fill your prescription. Happens every time…. Also argues against doctors advice half the time, as if she knows better.

Horrible. Don't notice all the horrible reviews?? Lol obviously that angry rude lady that hates her job is an issue and needs to go. Pharmacy is usually nice and helpful this lady makes you want to go elsewhere! Lazy, rude, slow, attitude.

Maybe you should ask your supervisors for help when you have a patient on hold for 7 mins, never came back to the phone. So I hang up and I call back AGAIN to inquire about my medication and they tell me they are with a patient call back in 30 mins and hang up. What kind of service is this? This is unbelievable. Get it together!

I’m so over this pharmacy. They can’t ever get it right. They filled my meds under someone else’s name, can’t ever get the correct meds filled and leave me going weeks without meds that I desperately need. Either their system sucks or they are just stupid. I don’t truly know but I do know that after I get this one filled, I will NEVER have anything filled here again! Problem on top of problems. I’d give a 0 star if possible.

Great pills, they refill my scripts automatically until my dr denies the refill and they send me texts to come pick up the meds. However... i will go get one med, then they will notify me the next week that i have another ready. Cant they just fill them at the same time?

staff is smart, knowledgeable and friendly. My is one of the Pharmacist's, in addition to being very professional, she is truly a kind human being. I enjoy the professional and welcoming attitude.

The Albertsons on 820 and Bridge does not like handicapp people!! This whole crappy store only has 2 electric scooters!! No one even wanted to look for a scooter!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS ALBERTSONS!!
