This place yes it’s nice . But they screw you right over on your payment! I was promised 275 a month and they keep raising it up! And there is no one to ever answer the phone . Absolutely do not recommend this place at all! I’ll be pulling my unit

I have 3 units at this facility for the past 2 years, the office personnel are always kind and helpful. Most facilities are harder to deal with at times but I have not had any issues here so I definitely recommend

My cars battery died while I was loading up and Amberlee went above and beyond to help my wife and I out!! When she couldn’t get it to jump she drove my wife to the tire shop so they could jump us. AMAZING customer service and human in general. Thank you so much!!!!

They do not maintain pest control I paid for a storage fees 2 years and some change and when I went to retrieve my items recently my items have been eaten through by rats at rat feces all through my items they have urine me and my five children lost all of our belongings at this location and I'm not sure if we're even going to be reimbursed

Melody was amazing to work with! She was so friendly, professional, and made the whole process simple. The facility itself is very clean and well-kept, which gave me peace of mind about storing my things. Highly recommend asking for Melody if you need storage!

Great place, clean and well kept. I've been here 3 years and only moved to a smaller unit at the same complex. They are understanding and helpful.

I started renting from them a little over a year ago. There was nothing good or bad to say about the place.
Three months in there was a breaking but my unit was left untouched. (Yay good luck)...
Since then, security has gotten better and the quality of customer service has gone through the roof.
Now if we can just get the prices handled... That would be awesome!

We came today to look at a unit and LeeAnn was so helpful in showing us a few options. We were kept well informed and assisted us in finding a unit at a sister property that better met our needs. We really appreciated her professionalism.
