Jake at the ATT store on Bursey did a wonderful job setting up my new phone from my non- working old phone. He was very patient answering my questions and helping me through the process. He also looked at our account when I asked to see if we could save any money anywhere. He was patient and professional and guess what, we are now saving $$ Thank you Jake!

I was here on Saturday 6/1/2024 and received EXCELLENT customer service! My phone was no longer touch sensitive so the associate helped me with my insurance claim and also advised me that I was still paying insurance on a watch I no longer have so he removed that insurance so I wouldn't be paying the fee any longer. Everyone was courteous and helpful. This will be my go to store for all my needs now!

My friend grabbed a cell phone and Jack, instead of providing the same service for all lines, put the most expensive line, everything expensive, plus he added insurance to her phone and also the family insurance... he lied and offered a watch for 10 a month when In reality it will be paid 31 a month... lies lies lies... and I only asked for a single credit for activation since I have been with this company for a long time... and he can't help me... I will never return to this store….This bill come to 824.67… when regular I pay 438… This is unfair, they take advantage

A CSR guy named Jake was the guy who helped me. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the company’s products and services. Highly recommend that if you need assistance- schedule an appointment and ask for him.

Been to this AT&T store multiple times and have walked away with all my needs taken care of each time. All the staff is incredibly helpful and they will give it to you straight. Even other AT&T stores in the area cannot live up to this one; whatever they are doing, they are doing right.

I had a great experience yesterday with JC. He was cordial, respectful, patient, and he was genuine. It helps he’s a baseball guy too. My experience getting my iPhone 14 was fantastic. I would love to bless this man with some more business.

Lenny is extremely rude to customers, smirks at you like you’re stupid and straight up ignores you. I called him out on it and he ran to his manager and of course, Eric defended him while Lenny was hiding in the back like a little baby. Both have very poor customer service skills and Eric should not be a manager. I’ve been with ATT for 15 + years and I’m highly considering going else where because of this location!!
