My wife and I went to the store yesterday to upgrade a phone. We were fortunate enough to be helped by Jack. First and foremost, Jack reviewed our account to see if he could save us money. After a review we learned we could save a substantial amount of money and increase our service coverages. We ended up purchasing several items. Jack took the time to explain each of the pros and cons of each device and did not try to up-sale us. We enjoyed Jack’s customer service so much we went back to the store today to get another device. If you are looking for a pressure free, friendly, enjoyable experience and need a new or upgraded device, I recommend you go see Jack.

I have a samsung flip phone and have been paying for the upgrade program. The Samsung flip phone has a crease where the phone closes. The screen shows wear and tear in the crease. Because of that, they wouldn't take my phone. I feel this wear and tear is not my fault and is a phone malfunction. I should have been able to exchange my phone, as this screen crease is happens because I used the phone the way it was designed (to open and close)

Hello All,I have visited to the store today. Really had very bad experience lot's of Racism by Christopher. I had a billing issue with ATT and my account was suspended. I went to get clear explanation on the billing and make a payment so that way could have my services up an running. Christopher literally refused to help and wanted me to talk with the billing department. I had to wait on a call for one hour to get hold of a support guy on the call and he helped me and fixed the billing issue and given me the actual payment to make which I did and resolved finally. But Christopher did not care about even helping me understand the charges and he do not have patience at all. He was behaving like sky is falling down and told me that I know how to do my job you know how to do your job. I was not even telling him anything specific to his job all I was doing is requesting help. But, Really felt today that I was been humiliated very much.I was very disappointed with Christopher service and also felt that I am being treated like just because of my colour. Every human life matters.

Store Bursey & Denton Hwy they are absolutely the bestat customer service! I've gone in there several times and they've gone above & beyond service for our family. Way to go ATT!!!!

Adriana was so sweet and helpful getting my phone plan fixed and my iPhone upgraded! I went to two other locations that redirected me because they didn’t want to help me and actually caused my initial problem. I highly recommend this location

Jake was extremely helpful. We had been to 2 other AT&T stores within the hour that could not accommodate our needs. He got us in 10 minutes before close and didn't try to rush the process. He made sure we were happy before leaving even though we ended up staying after the store closed. THANKS JAKE!
