I go in to the stores and I've gotten curbside, soon or next I plan to try their delivery. I have bought their reusable bags some insulated for cold and some not just regular reusable and they offer ice to help keep your frozens and to keep your "cold products", "cold" (this is more so to use when it's hot but a nice perk.)”

Your team was so kind and helpful. I made several orders in store & on line. All.of which were handled beautifully.
Even had an employee call to confirm an order that didnt seem quite right and she was correct, it had transfered incorrectly.

“Big chain in banking. Love these guys I can travel and find a Wells Fargo ATM almost anywhere. At this location they open two ATM sites, you say why it's a big deal? They have a SUV/ truck lane so you aren't hanging out, that's why. Inside they have multiple tellers open for lunch and closing time. Get you in and out. Special when you are running in at lunch time.”

“Most who give BOA a bad review have obviously never had a bank account anywhere else before. While I've been a BOA customer for more than 30 years (even back when they were called NatWest,) I have also simultaneously have had accounts with Wells Fargo, Chase, etc. So for the record, BOA for me has always been the Greatest bank of all time in my lifetime whether I compare BOA to all the other banks or not. From The genuinely warm and friendly smiles I receive when I walk-in through the doors right down to even the quality of the receipt which to the touch appears to be a higher quality type of paper when compared to the receipt paper from the other banks which use to make me feel as if I had just checked out of a convenience store. Another thing I ? Love about BOA besides the people person skills of the tellers that make me feel right at home is that they don't have a team of pushy and obnoxious employees that constantly badger me to try to upsell me extra services I don't need. BOA doesn't do that nor do they need my business, they welcome it and value it with smiles, integrity, and with the highest standard of professionalism and excellence that I would challenge anyone to find anywhere else outside of BOA simply because you can't, you won't, and you never will. BOA is simply the Best and on that note I propose A toast to BOA on Labor Day! Here's to the Greatest Bank there ever was, is, and will ever be, past, present, and future...
