Cashier young Spanish girl claimed one of my items would be free...I don't see anything free on the receipt. So what was she referring to?? Managers need to do a better job of training cashier's and they need to stop lying.

I went to the store with my daughter yesterday. The girl with blonde hair is super friendly. She showed us new products and handed me a shopping basket. We felt very welcome.

Time for us to stock up on soaps,sprays, shampoos etc.The buy 3 get 3 sales last day kinda hard for the wife to pass up on. We sniffed,strayed and washed are way thru many choices and finally made 6 decisions that will keep us clean,fresh and smelling good until our next visit.I actually came out with some Ocean body spray to mix it up a little for the folks on the trail and gym.
This store is always well organized and clean the ladies are helpful and friendly making this a favorite for us. Prices are reasonable and the products are great for gifts and personal use.

I had a coupon I intended on using. I accidentally left it at home. They assured me if I stood there and signed up for the app it would be under my rewards. I did so and when it didn’t work, they made no effort to work with me. The manager at this location is terrible! Don’t waste people’s time if you have no intention on actually providing customer service.

The partially blonde girl working here is very unprofessional. I came in the morning when nobody was there and exchanged a candle. She was rude the second I walked in and she saw I had a return. After talking to someone else because I wasn’t going to ask her, I could hear her whispering about me to the associate that helped me. I get I was the only one in the store but just standing around gossiping about customers is unprofessional, especially when they can hear every word you said.

Nice store and kind employees. Store is located at the far end of the parking lot entry of a busy shopping center which can make for a difficult quick trip. Try driving behind the stores to save some traffic frustration especially during the Christmas season.

While I love bath and body works, I waited in an extremely long line to pick up my online order (which I expected) however, when I got to the front they didn’t want to get my order but sent me to another line. Was there a reason the front couldn’t help? Additionally they said there was someone in the front to direct when you walked in, but there wasn’t. I get it, you’re busy. But no reason the front couldn’t help after I waiting in the long line. Disappointed.

Great store! Friendly, helpful and patient staff!! Store was clean and well stocked! Witnessed an interaction with an obvious new delivery driver...staff was very patient and helpful toward the individual. It was nice to see the kindness! Kudos to the women working there! ??
