By far, this is the best daycare my kids have attended. The teachers are personable, kind and engaging. The director Demarcus has always been on top of things and been there for anything we ever needed. I highly recommend this daycare whenever asked.

I absolutely love Childcare Network Wataugua! The staff are amazing. My son has ADHD and can be difficult at times, but they treat him and my daughter like they're part of their family. The patience and care they give my children is unmatched. So grateful for the people here.

This daycare is amazing! Both of my children have attended! My daughter was in Ms. Lia's room and that is her best friend now! My son absolutely loves Ms. Celin! He is autistic and loves his teacher so much!

My daughter really liked it here. Mrs. Lia was her teacher, and you can tell she really enjoys her job and the kids in her class. My daughter was prepared when she started kindergarten this year. Her kindergarten teacher told us how smart and helpful she is and I know part of that comes from her time at this center!

I am highly disappointed, upset and concerned.
My 6 month child came home with bruises on her back and stomach. There were no incident reports made, and when I spoke to the director about it he called the evening daycare worker that was there (in front of me)
She said she did see red marks on her around 1 when she had a blow out.
He then told me he would speak to the other workers that were there that day and he would get back to me.
He did not contact me within a few hours, so I called him. He then said the same thing that I already knew that he talked to the evening daycare worker and that she saw red marks, but this time he added that they looked like bug bites. He then said he was still looking into it and he would call me back.
His manager did give me a call, asked me questions about the situation and how it was being handled… then offered to move to another location. My decision for this was based on how this situation was handled.
I waited until 4 pm the next day to get a call back… which was never received so I called for an update.
He then told me that none of the daycare workers saw any bruises yesterday.
Now, no one offered to view the footage of the day, and this daycare does advertise having cameras in the rooms.
They did admit to seeing red marks on my 6 month non mobile daughter around 1, but nothing was said to us about it.
The concern for my daughter was not there, and the lack of communication is disappointing.
I now have to find a new daycare within a few days because my child will not be returning to any childcare network.

We moved our daughter over to this center about a month ago and we love it! I have so many good things I could say about this place, so here goes:The director and assistant director are wonderful people, always there if we need anything. From the beginning they have been easy to talk to and quick to help. They have put together a great team of teachers too! The teachers are truly the best, they treat the children so well. They have so many fun and engaging activities that I know my daughter is having a blast. When I pick my daughter up at the end of the day I watch her through the classroom windows and she's always happy and smiling, which makes me so happy! I don't have to worry about them caring for my child, because I see it when I pick her up.The last thing, and honestly one of the most important things, is how clean the center is. In the morning you can tell everything has been cleaned and ready for the day. I've seen the teachers mopping rooms and wiping down equipment. I walk in at the end of the day and it smells just as clean as it did in the morning. My child hasn't gotten sick once while there, which is huge because she was sick a lot at her other daycare. They take care of the building just as well as they take care of the children, and that matters!

I highly recommend this daycare! I am a first time mom and my son has been attending this January 2023 when he was only 3 months and I can’t say enough how this entire staff made the transition for me super easy. They did everything from communicating to sharing photos to help ease me into leaving him with someone new forThe first time. My son loves everyone and they treat him like family. He started walking 2 weeks before his birthday thanks to them encouraging him all the time. He never cried with them since day 1 and I’m actually surprised about it. Because of this amazing team, he is great with other people outside of immediate family.Thanks so much CN Family!!

My daughter absolutely loves it here. She runs up to her teachers for hugs, loves playing outside, and (for the most part) gets along with all the other kids. But what can you do? She isn't even two yet. LolWe have really enjoyed our time here and I am sad to leave. If I were still living in the area, I could definitely see us staying long-term.

We really liked this place, all of the teachers our daughter had were friendly and kind. The food menu could have been better, it seemed like a lot of junk food for the younger children. Communication could have also been better, we had a lot of late (or no) responses when reaching out. Ultimately, we felt weird handing our mixed race daughter over to the worker with multiple confederate flag bumper stickers. Each time I had to leave my daughter with her my skin would crawl. We thought of talking to the school about this but we knew at most she would just take the stickers off. Those beliefs she had would still be there.

Childcare Network Watauga has been our school for a year and a half now. I can not express enough how these wonderful teachers have impacted my life. My 2 year old will jump out of his bed at 5:30 am when I tell him it is time to go to school and play with friends. He loves his teachers and mention them we he prays at night. He learns something new every single day and smiles and tries to tell me about his new experiences everyday on the way home. I also have a 15 and 13 year old. I did not have this wonderful daycare experience with them. It was not bad and nothing abnormal ever happened......... but CCN Watauga has just touched our heart so much and has made every perfect piece fit. ❤️

I highly recommend this daycare. My babies have been going here since they were 6 months and 1 and a half and now they are about to turn 2 and 3. Before my son started here he was delayed in speech and had behavioral problems, but since attending here he has grown tremendously! My son is not the easiest child and the staff shows him so much love and patience. I know choosing a daycare can be nerve racking, but I never have a doubt of my babies not being in good hands here! All of the teachers that my kids have had/has are so wonderful and kind and easy to talk to. Mr. D, the director is amazing and so is the Assistant Ms. Danielle. Any time I have concerns or questions they both are attentive and help me right away. It takes amazing people to teach kids and this place definitely has a building full of angels ?

The director is nice and understanding but his staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. My 5 year old daughter keeps getting harmed at this facility. Why doesn't the staff keep her safe?? She was severely hurt Friday Sept 22, her nose had non stop bleeding. I find bruises on her shoulders. What kind of childcare is this??
