This type of business specializes in performing custom work that requires attention to detail, so I can only imagine the level of stressed out rude people they have to deal with on a regular basis so kudos to the entire staff.Nonetheless, as Erica was helping me choose the best shirts for the project, the owner Kim appeared from the back of the store, smiled, and introduced herself with a handshake which was refreshing and nothing like the online reviews claim.
