“Lashundra Barton at Mobility Credit Union in Hurst is truly the best banker I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is very knowledgeable as well as efficient. When I moved funds to Mobility from Wells Fargo she had me set up in record time and today she just helped me with another transaction - we were able to do everything on line so I didn't need to take time off work to physically go to the bank. I highly recommend Mobility Credit Union - Hurst Branch and Lashundra the Branch Manager. They will get you taken care of”

“I recently worked with Sandra Vallecillo, loan officer. She was such a pleasure to work with. Sandra was very prompt and thorough. I was able to complete the entire process online which was a huge bonus due to the fact that I live a long distance from Fort Worth. She was quick to respond to any questions thru email and made the process so easy which was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend working with Sandra.”

“Wanted a bank with real physical branches. They're pretty good at addressing long lines/waits when they happen, but it's usually not too busy. Quick friendly service. No drive through, there's a walk-up atm outside. Easy to get in and out of parking lot, there's a traffic light”

“Susan Davidson is the only reason I am leaving this review. I applied for a personal loan to consolidate my debt at about 11am and she called me at 3pm to tell me I was approved, talked me through some better options than what I had planned, and had me all taken care of in 10 minutes. She was so sweet and explained the terms and benefits of my loan so well. Highly recommend.”

“I have been a member since 1998. DCCU has financed 6 automobiles & 1 boat. They also provided a Visa Card & savings. I live in Texas, I kept my checking account at a local Chase Bank. I have never had a hassle with the Tellers or local Loan Officer. However, I believe there is slight disconnect between the main branch in Atlanta & some of their CS representatives. If I moved beyond the commute distance from the local branch, logistically I would most likely close the account. Best regards...”

“First off- I want to be clear I'm a credit union guy. I don't want a mega bank who doesn't care about me and uses my meager savings in their schemes to crash the economy with another insane recession. I could go on a much longer rant about how Wells Fargo wouldn't rest until they ruined everyone's credit, or that JP Morgan profited off the slave trade, or how the better way to put your money is to buy gold that you keep buried in the woods- but those ramblings are best saved for my family Thanksgiving meal. Uncle Frank's long covid prevents him from properly ranting about the government and how the election was stolen, so I will be stepping in this year. But even by the high standards I have had satisfied with multiple credit unions, FWCCU goes above and beyond. When I made an account, I sat down with a human being (Tyler at the Bedford branch) who had me flabbergasted by showing me that I was recognized as a human being by the financial institution. Top shelf. I explained I wanted a side account to save up for a house- it was set up quite easily. But I was offered the chance to do an 18 month low interest loan (5$ of interest total) that I could pay off on auto pay for the duration. I plunked down the extra for that and have seen my credit score boosted to the point where country clubs have me on their recruiting list. I have a credit union account in each state I live/laugh/love in, and there will be a cold day in the Goldman Sachs HQ (read: hell) before I bank anywhere else in Texas. Update: I was recently helped with amazing phone service by Amanda Stacks, who has a name that in my mind automatically qualifies them to work at a bank. Aside from the name, they walked me through some questions about the app and my account perfectly. It's refreshing to call someone for a business down the block and not have to speak to someone in the Philippines who has never used the app and is earning 8$ a day in a Manila Telemarketing center. To whatever person reads this at FWCCU: I'm a member for life. I will leave you with the immortal words of Fry from Futurama: Shut up and take my money. 10/10”

“Wow, after reading the reviews online I see a lot of complaints but hardly any specifics. When my job relocated us to TX from Idaho, my wife and I searched for a shared branch and found this was a close location. We actually opened up an account with another Credit Union closer to home but it was not a keeper. So we did the shared branch for a few years. Our Credit Union in Idaho was bought out and yet retained its old name, but things change from mergers and acquisitions with companies. We decided to open an account at Unity One as the people have always been friendly and helpful. When we tried to get a wire transfer I was informed by our bank in Idaho that the maximum I could transfer at a time was $1500.00 and a $20.00 fee for each transfer. Anyway, I had a cashier's check sent and deposited it into the new account at Unity One. I can not say how thankful we are to the staff since then and actually prior to that day. Samantha, Diego, and Pricilla have all been great. The other day we had to have a notary and there was NO charge for the service. Bottom line we have no regrets about opening up our accounts at this location, in fact, it is nice to see people still have a great sense of humor in this day in age.”

“I just had to jump online and tell you about the wonderful experience that I had at this branch today. I applied for my auto loan online, which was super quick and easy. The following day TCCU called to let me know that I was approved for my auto loan and that I needed to head into the branch to finalize paperwork. I arrived at the Hurst branch were I was pleasantly greeted and asked to wait. The wait was less than 5 min before I was lead to Melyssa's office. Melyssa is the reason for this review. Melyssa was extremely pleasant and professional with helping us through the loan process. No more than 10 into my 60 min commute back to work the dealership called and needed more funding for TT&L. By this time the TCCU branch was closed for lunch. I was so nervous that I was going to have to make this trip again and that I would not be able to pick my car up that day. I left a message and Melyssa promptly called me back after her lunch. She calmed me and said she would get the loan amended and get back with me. I knew TCCU was closing early that day, none the less Melyssa promptly hopped on top of this task and sent out the paperwork via docusign for my hubby and I to sign. Melyssa then personally called me to ask that we promptly check our email and sign because they were closing in the next 10 min. We got the paperwork signed and Melyssa finished out our paperork prior to leaving! I am a new member and I am already thoroughly impressed with the level of service at TCCU, thanks Melyssa!!!”

“I have an auto loan and just recently changed insurance providers. My agent and I have made attempts to provide updated insurance info but they insist on purchasing $9000 coverage. This credit union is impossible to contact. Ive even attempted to email their loan department and the CEO through their site which was not operational. This is the only way to get any companies attention anymore.I wanted to write an update to my previous review. I did indeed receive a phone call from Mark this morning inquiring about my negative review. I expressed my concerns to Mark regarding the inability to contact or communicate with them. He showed concern and compassion to the difficulty in which it takes to get in contact with them. He also gave me his direct contact for any needs in the future.”
