i had a very pleasant experience when i had to come to this location, sidnee helped me out and was very fast and efficient and also was very kind and patient. i will be coming to this location from now on.

Misleading shelf prices and horrible customer service. Today I went to buy some coffee shelf price says $5.95. I grabbed 4 canisters and I went to the cashier who happened to be the store manager based on his name tag. The price rang $7.95. I told the store manager who was also the cashier to go check the shelf price. He did and came back and said he will only honor a purchase of 2 casters but not the 4 I had. When I told him thats misleading, he almost yelled at me while other customers were waiting inline. I can’t believe a store manager lost the customer over two dollars because I walked away.
Congrats Dollar General for having a “manager” with no clue about customer service and how to retain a customer. I’m never coming back to your place or any other Dollar General stores.
Read other customers’ reviews complaining about horrible customer service. Some senior level management at DG needs to step in.

This is my local DG. I hate it. It's under stocked at all times. It's a mess everywhere. The cashiers are a dime a dozen. I never see anyone last more than a month. The manager is rude and cranky. He obviously hates his job

The worst customer service. The male cashier is the rudest person I've meet. It's not the first time he's done this. If you can't be friendly why even work as a cashier. As I was walking out I saw a guy asking for prices on some of his items and the cashier said "can you not read the price tags?". It's honestly not worth going to this store.

Very disorganized, dirty, with no room for carts. The restrooms are filthy, with strong urine odor and dirty floors. I had to use it as an emergency before leaving the store for my 30-minute commute. When I approach the restroom I ask the manager if both restrooms were coed she stated yes. The first one I try to use was very dirty with a strong urine odor. I call it out to mgr standing-by, and she went off to say if one smells both smells. Literary her reply was I don't care and this sign should not be on the restroom door. She needs to go to the downtown Fort Worth, Dollar Tree Store to learn a thing or two.

First, the grungy dude in there didn't acknowledge us. Just turned his back and walked away. Ok. Chalk that up to ignorant ahole. But the candy I bought? Be careful what you buy from this location. I bought a Hershey's chocolate bar and opened it see an ashy mess. Their store lost AC a couple weeks ago and closed. Now, they're still selling the melted / dried up candy. It makes me wonder if the canned goods which experienced the same heat temperatures are still being sold too. Not buying anything like that from them to find out.Now, I'll be sending this pic and a copy of my receipt to Hershey. Hopefully, a representative from there will do something about it.
