The office in watauga is very rude. Went to put a refill in at 45 percent and they are charging me $75.00 cause I put in an order at 45 percent even though I’m going to be down below that. I can see why this company has a very bad review

Have been a customer for years or at least when Ferrell took over for previous provided. Found there service is excellent but you pay for it. Ferrell's costs are higher than other quotes from other nearby competitors.

They do not service 100 gallon tanks or less. Also had a hard time to get an answer on telephone query.

These guys are horrible: called on feb 15 for refill - they guaranteed the 22nd. It's the 26th and they can't tell me when they will get out. No heat nor hot water for 10 days and who knows when. Go somewhere else for your propane as these guys don't give a hoot about their customers. Horrible.
