Absolutely furious with this place! Had my timing belt replaced on a TDI VW by them and they refused to do the water pump. Conveniently the technician that worked on it, isn’t employed there anymore.
After talking with MULTIPLE auto shops, the water pump and timing belt get replaced at the same time since replacing the water pump will mess up the timing belt.
Taylor and David gave NO help, refused to even acknowledge that their store messed up. Doesn’t matter if it’s “over the warranty” if I requested a service to be done.
If you’re in the customer service industry, which this business is, then customers should get the services they are requesting and WILLING to pay!
These people are just out to get your money!!!
NEVER USE WATAUGA FIRESTONE!!!!

I brought my 2021 Toyota Corolla Le in for an Oil Change & Tire Rotation July 7,2024 . The following day I noticed my car making a helicopter noise while driving , I try to debunk the sound to wind & the type of road I am driving on , Same sound on Tuesday, I bring it back to Firestone , so a mechanic can take a look , they say nothing is wrong & wants to take a drive so he can hear the sound , he hears the sound , we go back , they inform me that the lead technician can take a look at my vehicle to see what’s going on , I schedule the appointment for the following Sunday , Today is that following Sunday , I arrive at Firestone , let the front counter know that I have an appointment with a lead technician & he informs me that the lead technician isn’t there & he doesn’t work on Sundays. I have been very mislead here , they have done something to my car & they ‘ can’t figure out what’s wrong with it “ .
July 20 , 2024 , I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment with the Lead Technician , When I Arrived to the front counter & told the lady I had an appointment with the lead she made a funny face proceed to ask me questions abt my car & informed me that the Lead is NOT THERE & that I could schedule yet ANOTHER APPOINTMENT . . she then proceeded to go to the garage and talk to a mechanic , told him what was going on , I saw through the windows of him making a ugly face & then her coming back inside to me telling me that he in fact will not be taking a look to see what’s going on with my car ! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR THERE , I went in for a simple oil change & tire rotation , walked in with nothing going on with my car & walked out with problems that they clearly are not trying to fix ! I have been mislead for a second time ! Filing A Complaint With Corporate!

Phillip was working the desk andthe first person I came in contact with. He was very friendly and professional. reviewed the work I need and was accepting to one additional maintenance item. The cost was in the expected range.

Well, I don’t know where to start, Everything was wonderful. From the person greeting me, having some coffee and snacks and finally the amount of time it took for them to do an alignment was very fast. Also, gentleman was kind enough to give me some recommendations and very professional. Inspiring to come back to this location again

Called today about service info. Was told I couldn't get any kind of a quote without bringing it in and paying a $19.99 fee to have them look at it. Just wanted a ballpark on ac recharge. Gave specific make, model and year and was told it was impossible. I asked how it was charged so I could look up how much freon my ac takes so I could figure out a max charge myself. Was told it depends on the refrigerant used so he would not give me a price. When I said they were the only place in town that wouldn't give me a ballpark or max possible price I was hung up on. I guess that made that decision easy. ...will take my vehicle literally anywhere else.

Had a flat tire on my Ford F150 truck.Came into to Firestone to get it fixed,Marcus the manager to great care of me and even sold me 4 tires ,instead of one.Justin the repair technician,does great work and is very knowledgeable.Took great care of me,and worked very fast to get me in and out..Thank you both to Marcus and Justin for going above and beyond to take of me
