Ralph was amazing! He was very busy & took the time to help my son (13) with info on quality product & he also helped us out by showing us many options for our Xbox & switch. He even took the time to educate me (not a “gamer mom”) on the products we currently have & what we should look forward to in the future. Highly recommend. Ralph, you’re a rockstar man.

We came here 1/13 and purchased a disgusting PS4 with extended warranty got home had to clean and disinfect EVERYTHING , To our surprise it was overheating therefore broken we picked it up 1/14 and brought it back to GameStop for a full refund but was only refunded the system and not the $35 warranty . The girl there was no help just kept saying the same thing , without a care in the world . They took $35 after selling us a FILTY BROKEN PS4 . Lillie was actually useless, she’s basically like a 7 year old keeping the store open .

Whoever the person was was very rude and like was not focused he was trying to handle other customers and I know it sounds like you know I'm just being annoying but like there are multiple people there working so he could like stayed on the phone until the conversation was done, so yeah, it was just not a good experience

Mychail was very helpful. I didn't see a survey on my receipt so I wanted to leave a good review for him. Store was clean and I was able to find a xbox controller to replace my dying one.

The LDy who helped Me was pretty cool, knowledgeable, and helpful.I typically don't like going to other locations besides My home store in Dallas but, I would go here any day any time.She took very good care of Me.

Came to pickup a game I pre ordered. There were some technical difficulties, but the manager got it all straight and I felt like it was a good experience. Sometimes things go wrong, but the team at this store makes every effort to fix it and that's why I keep coming back!

Absolutely ridiculous store. What’s the point of putting down a $5 deposit, getting a call that the game is ready for pickup, and then the game isn’t there when I show up because someone else sold it?

I've been going to this store for awhile now! They have a great selection of collectables and games. The store is laid out perfectly and I love coming here. It's that classic GameStop vibe. Ralph does a great job helping me every time I visit. I love feeling welcome here ... even if the Assistant Manager thinks Demon Slayer is mid.... the shopping experience here is amazing and I keep coming back because of the people.

Chuck is awesome. He is extremely helpful every time we are in there. We always get good recommendations and advice. Definitely knows his stuff. I love this store. We will be making this our main location from now on.

My brother has worked at GameStop for 8 years and has extensive knowledge about the store and the way it operates. Sadly this store is close to home so we come here when we don't want to drive to our favorite location at South Lake. Apparently they were unable to help us return our order because we ordered online, though we just returned an order at the other location and was helped. He then quickly got defensive and rude when we shared this information with him (David M) and told us this was how he was trained. wouldn't recommend coming here at all, trust us and take the extra drive to South Lake, the guy there is amazing and so nice, worth the extra time to get there.

Associate David has poor customer service skills.There was another customer before I got there that in the middle of him helping her he walked away from the counter out the front door for a minute or so. Then when he went to help me he stopped talking and was on his phone texting About personal matters that he could have handled on his own time.

The clerk, David, was incredibly rude. The open/closed sign was turned off. When we asked him if they were open, he said yes and that he left it off hoping for a "slow day". He then called used an swore at us for "making" him turn it on. He proceeded to be rude the entire time, saying customers are a "waste of oxygen" and throwing receipts. This employee is helping Gamestop fail.

I visit this store often. It's always a pleasure to shop here! The team are attentive and great with helping guests. The line moves fast and even if they don't have what I want, they help me get it ordered right away. The red haired Bearded guy is great! He really runs the store well and never leaves guests unattended. I highly recommend this GameStore for the superior staff and amazing shopping experience and will continue to visit!

More than once I've shown up and either they didn't open the gate even though their sign was on and it was more than 15 minutes past time to open or they left a sign like it was a doctor's office. This place kinda shows that it's employees just want to lose business. Disappointing.
