If I could leave a 0 I would. Jenny was extremely unprofessional.
I asked earlier in the day if they would be able to take my son in for a haircut and she responded “as long as you get here before 6 we would definitely be able to take you in” I made sure she knew it would be close to the closing time and she said “no- as long as it’s before 6 you will be fine”
We brought our child in for the cut at 5:45 and she turned us away because she said they close in 15 minutes. She was extremely rude to us in front of other customers. If she would have just been honest, we wouldn’t have wasted our time and scheduled for another day- especially with two little kids.
Will never come back here for the lack of professionalism, 0/10 recommend. There are plenty of other great places to get a haircut.

I showed her a picture and she proceeded to absolutely cut all of my hair off ? now I'm stuck with a boy cut for a few weeks.. had to go on vacation looking terrible. I don't know why she just kept cutting and cutting. I don't know the stylists name but I tried to be nice, I ran out to my car after paying and cried. I'll never use great clips again. This is the second time I've had a bad cut but this is by far the worst. I'm embarrassed beyond belief it looks so bad ?

I am beyond upset with the haircut I received at Great cuts in watauga. I went in and I asked for a simple all around trim. I ended up getting layers cut into my hair. I specifically told the woman that I did not want any kind of layers because I was growing out my hair growing out the layers from last year. This woman kept assuring me yes okay that she understood. She cut so much into my hair. I had hair down my back past the middle of my back, and now it's just a little bit past my shoulders. After it was done all she had to say was "oh sorry" this woman was told specifically three times I do not want any layers at all and it's like she went deaf and did what she wanted to do anyway. And Yes I realize that it's"just hair" but when I explicitly explain to her that I did not want any kind of layering done to my hair and then for her to go ahead and just do it anyway is beyond frustrating. And then after it was done she got up went to the cash register and told me the amount that was due and that was it. I realize Great clips is just corner store hair cutting business and not a high-end salon but honestly Great clips needs to step it up and do better. And if I could I would give this particular"hair stylist" and I use that term loosely, a big fat zero.

The Great Clips on 377 next to Sally's is the good Great Clips, Ginny and Tracie are miracle workers. So patient with my kids who came in with botched haircuts from another location (Rufe Snow). We'll never go to another location again. We appreciate them saving the day so much! Highly recommend them, please ask for them by name. You won't regret it.

My son and husband have come her for a couple of years now. Great cuts and services. My only complaint is the front window, it’s literally blinding on a sunny day. The heat it gives off during the summer is extreme too. My son hates going when it’s sunny. I know small detail but a tent or blinds wouldn’t hurt!

I have been getting my haircut here for a few years now. All stylist have plenty of years of experience and cut hair very well! Recently visited the Rufe Snow and Hightower location and had a horrible experience.

If you have a wedding in the morning or you are going to another country, never go to this great clips.And if you have to go, they have a manager or an owner there Never get your haircut from him, tie his hands in front of him and tell him to sit back. She will never do good job, I don't know how she got her license And she's doing the business down of Great Clips I Think So, good luck!
