“My daughter cheered/tumbled here for 3.5 years. This is the best gym, she made some of the best friend a girl could have! When she got there 3.5 years ago she could barely get her standing back hand spring! Within the first year she Learned so much she left with a round of layout and the basing skills for a level 3-4 team and she is forever grateful! Evelynne will always look at Coach Dom and Coach Mickie as the Coaches who made her who she is today! She never had a bad thing to say she absolutely loves this gym and we will always support them in all their future endeavors! Moving gyms was one of the hardest decisions she has ever made. She only left for a higher level team. PUMA will always have a huge place in her huge heart!”
“Love this gym, great set of equipment from free weights to machines and happy im able to go whenever I can with it being 24/7 for members. Kind people come here and never have had a bad experience. Have even made friends here which is also a cool thing.”

“I’ve been going to CrossFit ESC for about a year now and I love it! The coaches are amazing! It’s located in Keller/Southlake area now but is a great location for NRH and surrounding areas. I never would have imagined that I would take a CrossFit class let alone love it this much.”
