Time consuming and a hassle. Plus for nearly 10 years now the agents that have "helped" us were rude, judgmental and critical of us or our lifestyle. Meanwhile we DO NOT know these people or their daily lives, as well as vice versa. While I have always claimed my step daughter with my wife for many years. Loudly asking my wife and I why her VERY absent father is not claiming her was very unprofessional. Then nagging openly at my wife for not having a drivers license (she is unable to drive). Then proceeds to criticize her for holding a pair of car keys. They were mine. She was holding them so I could get our newborn out the car. Meanwhile THERE ARE OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE HEARING THIS ALL GO DOWN. And on one occasion of us filing in 2019 they refused to do or finish our tax return if we did not immediately pay for them instead of just taking it out of our tax return itself. We then had to proceed with another tax filing company that year. Credit Karma!
