I've used Kims Kloset for all my printing needs for many years.
She does all of our uniform shirts, hats, lunchboxes and even signs for trucks and trailers. She's even done other personal items as well as providing and sewing all the patches on my kids high school letterman jackets. She can take your idea and make it into a design or logo for you. Service is top notch, great communication and fair pricing. Turnaround time is better than expected. This is all she does, it's not a part-time temporary side hustle. She's got lots of items in house to see as demos, and can get anything you want-item, color, style, you name it. I count on Kims Kloset to keep my team looking great!

Update owner Kim is refusing to fix repair or refund my money. 9/20/24 she don't have gold lettering. Small claim court is next.
Hoodie is not straight.3rd year ordering, just picked up 1 black hoodie, sweatpant. Fossil hill panther is gold, lettering always been in gold to match school colors black/gold.Today lettering is bright white lettering sweatpant on leg is a gold panther then under is bright white name looks so cheap and out of place it's doesn't belong and hoodie on back is the bright white lettering so out of place. The lady showed me another order it's the way. I said is this something new this year her reply I was not here last year. I seen her here before. Then I seen some scarf and hat with school logo ask how much they was she didn't know didn't try to found out. $60 I paid for cheap lettering. This lady called very rude ugly saying she didn't like the 1star and it's not cheap.No $60 for off brand item it not cheap the BRIGHT WHITE LETTERING is cheap does not match I hung up she had the nerve to call back. I declined it. She Will get complaints now about the white the gold was not that different. If she couldn't do the job correctly then don't do it. Your employees could have look up the price. It was only me and 1lady filling out paperwork

Deplorable customer service. The owner was very condescending when asked a simple clarification question regarding pick up. Will not use in the future.
I see Kim has responded. I did ask the coach, in addition to reaching out to Kim. I stand by my review. Her customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I only hope that when I pick up my order tomorrow it is in good condition.

This afternoon I came to pick up some stuff and the lady was rude. Despite the fact I asked her to fix my last name on the sheet since it was misspelled, which she had an attitude about, I still received a shirt with my last name spelled incorrectly. Overall I didn’t appreciate the way I was treated.

We've relied on Kims Kloset since the beginning of our business over 5 years ago. Kim and her team have been incredibly supportive and helpful in every aspect. They've assisted us with ordering shirts, printing, and even designing our logo and font. Whenever there was a mistake, Kim took responsibility and went above and beyond to make things right. Working with Erika and Zoe has always been a great. We wholeheartedly recommend this small business!

Kim’s Kloset will definitely be my “go-to” company for all of my screen printing and embroidery needs moving forward! I used another local similar business in the past, but I received poor work from them and they lost my file, so I decided to give Kim’s Kloset the opportunity to earn my business and it was a great decision! I’ve concluded the majority of their negative reviews are based on people’s feelings and emotions instead of real facts, which I think is the only reason this company doesn’t have a 5-star rating.Erica greeted me with a warm welcome from the time I walked in the store and made everything simple and easy, which was a relief! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t waste any time getting the ball rolling for my order. This type of business specializes in performing custom work that requires attention to detail, so I can only imagine the level of stressed out rude people they have to deal with on a regular basis so kudos to the entire staff.Nonetheless, as Erica was helping me choose the best shirts for the project, the owner Kim appeared from the back of the store, smiled, and introduced herself with a handshake which was refreshing and nothing like the online reviews claim. I just placed the order a couple of days ago, but I’m excited and 100% confident they’re going to knock it out the park and over deliver!

I brought in a hoodie to get embroidered as a Christmas gift. It was done three days early very happy with the quality and that they were able to squeeze me in before Christmas and have it done before then! I’ll definitely be back & I do recommend!

This lady is Rude. She immediately gets really defensive and was a “ know it all” . . It kind of catches you off guard. It’s a shame too cause she has a nice little business. She could double her business if she had someone else handle customers. REVISION TO POST: I do have the file you requested. I would rather wait longer to get what I needed. My current vender has excellent CS. After I left a one star review you did call back and kind of apologize. Hind site it’s not fair to leave a one star review when I didn’t use your services . I’ll change it to 4 star ( minus one star due to customer service).

Worst service I've ever received. My son went to drop off a stocking for their $8 embroidery. He brought a stocking to match, they convinced him to do the $16 one to get exact match. I called 5 min after he left asking to switch to the $8, they said no, they don't do refunds. We pick up the stocking after paying twice the price, not only does the stocking not match the one we left, but the font is like 3 sizes larger! Unbelievably bad service, bad product, overall horrible.
