Kim’s Kloset will definitely be my “go-to” company for all of my screen printing and embroidery needs moving forward! I used another local similar business in the past, but I received poor work from them and they lost my file, so I decided to give Kim’s Kloset the opportunity to earn my business and it was a great decision! I’ve concluded the majority of their negative reviews are based on people’s feelings and emotions instead of real facts, which I think is the only reason this company doesn’t have a 5-star rating.Erica greeted me with a warm welcome from the time I walked in the store and made everything simple and easy, which was a relief! She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t waste any time getting the ball rolling for my order. This type of business specializes in performing custom work that requires attention to detail, so I can only imagine the level of stressed out rude people they have to deal with on a regular basis so kudos to the entire staff.Nonetheless, as Erica was helping me choose the best shirts for the project, the owner Kim appeared from the back of the store, smiled, and introduced herself with a handshake which was refreshing and nothing like the online reviews claim. I just placed the order a couple of days ago, but I’m excited and 100% confident they’re going to knock it out the park and over deliver!

I brought in a hoodie to get embroidered as a Christmas gift. It was done three days early very happy with the quality and that they were able to squeeze me in before Christmas and have it done before then! I’ll definitely be back & I do recommend!

This lady is Rude. She immediately gets really defensive and was a “ know it all” . . It kind of catches you off guard. It’s a shame too cause she has a nice little business. She could double her business if she had someone else handle customers. REVISION TO POST: I do have the file you requested. I would rather wait longer to get what I needed. My current vender has excellent CS. After I left a one star review you did call back and kind of apologize. Hind site it’s not fair to leave a one star review when I didn’t use your services . I’ll change it to 4 star ( minus one star due to customer service).

Worst service I've ever received. My son went to drop off a stocking for their $8 embroidery. He brought a stocking to match, they convinced him to do the $16 one to get exact match. I called 5 min after he left asking to switch to the $8, they said no, they don't do refunds. We pick up the stocking after paying twice the price, not only does the stocking not match the one we left, but the font is like 3 sizes larger! Unbelievably bad service, bad product, overall horrible.

Bought polo from them. Knew it could not be returned due to the logo. So I ordered a 2XL just in case. Got a shirt that was equivalent to an Large -almost a medium... It is marked as a XXL. Got a lecture about how that is the same as a 2X. Most people know it is NOT. Screamed at me that it was and she has been doing this for 22 years and hung up on me.

Horrible! The owner is the rudest person I've ever spoken to. I cannot believe she is still in business! I am part of a school booster club and will let the incoming booster club know about this horrible and rude customer service. The one star ratings are almost triple the amount of positive ratings. That should tell you something.

When I got my letter jacket, the first time, I showed a picture of how I wanted a drill team boot on, and they did it incorrectly, and it looks like a barcode, then, at the end of my senior year, I went back to get more patches, added, and to get it fixed and it looks like they put a patchy piece of green ribbon over the boot to put what I originally wanted, and the stitching is so uneven on all my patches, I would be embarrassed to wear that at a football game. The patches that I got put on whenever I originally got the jacket, all of the stitching is even and done well on the original ones, the ones that are added look so uneven and like they were just trying to get it over with.

Kim helped us design custom patches and backpacks for our hockey team, quickly and for a better price than anyone else around. I was even able to get extra large gift bags through her for the backpacks. Excellent customer service.

The lady that helped me is defensive and rude for no reason.I received my order today definitely not worth the money. I went somewhere else prior to receiving my order from kims closet since it wouldn’t be ready in time that I needed it. There work was 100% better and better customer service

Worst store ever. The owner she is the rudest person I have ever meet. She cussed me out in the store when I went over the items dropped off.Nothing was what we requested. Go elsewhere.

When I called to follow up on my order, I just mention to lady on the phone I just want to make sure we get our order this year since he didn’t get it last year. I never even bother to request for refund she right away got very defensive and rude. I asked her when I can come pick it up, her respond was I already paid for shopping so I cannot get money back even though I didn’t ask for money back. She would not give me answer straight forward when it would be ready and just answer in circle.. and they hang up phone on me multiple times because I try to get clarification on when the order would be ready. Highly disrespectful to me and I am surprise local school and teams are doing business here.
