“WaveMAX Laundry is the best laundromat I’ve used. The place is spotless, and you can tell they take pride in keeping it clean. There is also plenty of parking, which makes things so much easier.
The gated kids area is a great touch for parents. It is nice knowing kids can stay safe and entertained while you get laundry done. The machines are all in great shape, and the big washers make doing bulky stuff like blankets super easy.
Ms. Kathy is so nice and friendly. She makes the place feel welcoming and makes sure everything runs smoothly. They also have cold drink vending machines, which is a nice bonus. It is clean, convenient, and stress free. Highly recommend!”

“I want to say that this place is amazing. I enjoy coming here, they have tons of offerings beyond laundry. Massage chairs, ATM, vending machines, even arcade games. This is a family owned business and they truly work really hard to gain a relationship with each customer. The prices are fair and reasonable and they even have ways to pay with your debit card and a qr code that leads to a way to pay with your mobile wallet. I'm in and out in about 1 hour, the dryers are very hot and so I'm not wasting my money drying. They are even open late and have an amazing customer service. Let's be real, life happens but when it does they try to make it right, and to me that is the most important thing. They are open really late and near by a ton of shops and even highway 30. I never have to worry about looking over my shoulder as the store is quiet and comfortable with rocking chairs and ambient music and a few TVs that keep a few different shows on. I'm truly a proud customer and love my local laundromat, it is in the name, Amigo, and that means Friend. So I call it Friend's wash and dry because they're like friends to me.”

As of 5/19/25 these are the regular washing and drying prices. There is a fee increase for using the deluxe and ultra wash settings.

Dryers are 25¢ per 8 minutes. These dryers get HOT, so keep that in mind.
These are remote start machines that take cash, coins & cards. There is a kiosk on the wall that you do your payments at. I wasn't sure on how to use it but the attendant that was working this morning was very helpful and showed me how to use it. You have the ability to pay for multiple washers and dryers at the same time from the wall kiosk, you also select your wash settings from it as well if you plan on doing a deluxe or ultra wash. You then go back to your machines, confirm settings and press start. The payment kiosk will give you quarters back as change if you use bills, so that was nice.
Best time to wash is at 7am, when they open, they start getting busy around 9am.
Unfortunately I don't live on this side of town anymore, so I won't be back, but this was a really great place to do my laundry at today.”

“We had a house full of guests and needed to wash a ton of laundry quickly—7 to 8 loads all at once. The Laundry Room on Howard Road absolutely delivered. The machines were clean, easy to use, and efficient, and I was in and out in under an hour with everything washed and dried—way faster than we could’ve done it at home.
This was my first time using this laundromat, and I was really impressed. The industrial-sized machines handled everything with no problem. Just a heads-up: some machines are credit card only, and some are coin only, so check before loading. Highly recommend this place if you need fast, reliable service.”

I brought them a formal dress I had worn back in 2018 that had mud stains on the bottom, due to an outdoor wedding. I told them I was not looking for perfection, but was hoping it could be cleaned to wear to another outdoor wedding in a month. I really thought it was a lost cause. However, their team worked magic- getting every speck of mud out and making my dress look brand new.
