“I was shopping one day during the holidays and was on my way to ship some boxes next when I saw this business. I went inside and met Tejas, the owner. He was very pleasant and there wasn’t the usual rush you see at larger shipping outlets.I went back a second time to ship some more packages and accidentally left my wallet on my desk at home. He graciously set everything up for shipping and made arrangements for me to pay without driving back. This is personalized service you rarely see today.Highly recommend!”

I've been there quite a few times over the years and he's the most helpful and delightful person to deal with. And I've seen him treat other customers just as well, too. I thought I was gonna go in and annoy whoever was helping me return these items, but he helped me pack them up and tape them up and figure out what needed to go where. “I went to ship a dress back to a retailer. I don't have a printer so I was not able to print out the free return mailing label. The man who helped me was very nice, and talked me through how to send it to him so he could print it out. There was a minimal charge for this but it was very low and not really a problem. I was able to return the item with his help and it was easier than I anti . I am closer to the Grapevine location but after reading their reviews, I wasn't going to go there ! Bedford is very nice, lined moved quickly.. it will be my UPS spot.”
