I was distressed about my car due to being subjected to costly runarounds elsewhere in the area. I called Midas, and Willie answered my questions on cost-saving alternatives with a lookover of my car later that same day. I made an appointment for servicing the next morning, and due to Willie's knowledge of tires and inspections, I saved over $250 with completed service on my car! (Alberto was also helpful.) I have found my "car place" for sensible service - thank you!

Sam and Willie are trustworthy people. Good work at good price. Sam helps me with my mother in law when her car needs service. It's good to find someone trustworthy. Trust is earned, not given. They've earned my trust.

Great!! Professional and courteous front office. Mgr Sam, along with Willie and Alberto, all greeted us as soon as we arrived. Frank and I took both of our cars in for synthetic oil change, found at a great price online.
Definitely will return for any car repairs. I also received a follow-up text to confirm all ok after our visit.

I'm used to going to the dealer to get things done. Sad to say the dealers aren't worth a penny. The whole goal is to Drudge up the prices so much that they make you feel like you might have to upgrade or buy an extended warranty when you already have one. It's sad I decided to go to Midas because my brother who lives in Florida recommend them. I found one close by my house and it charges $59.99 for one of the best oil changes. Other oil places have similar deals such as $49.99. I didn't take the other deals because I know if there's something truly wrong with my vehicle, they're going to tell me. Honestly, this is the first time I've encountered a place that actually cared about our pockets and everything that's going on with the new world of price. Gouging the staff here is friendly. Willie And all the other gentleman that work there? They'll work with you so you can get your vehicle fixed but they give the best and utmost service and they're consistent. So if you need brakes, oil, change, AC, a few other things and more. Trust me go to Midas.

The work done on my car at Midas was great! What I also really loved was the customer service! The store manager and employees were sooo nice and personable. They greeted most of the clients by name and seemed to have great rapport with everyone!! Loved my experience there and will be back!

The first time I went to this shop I was referred by AutoZone employee because they couldn’t help. They asked me to go see Sam . I went and I hesitantly asked for Sam. This cheerful smiling man came and it was Sam. Very welcoming. He explained everything and he knew what the problem was and fixed it. Been going there ever since. Very friendly and respectful and helpful they explain everything. That very same day I also met a young man Willie from the front desk. What really attracted me after my second visit is Willie remembered my NAME! That’s customer service at its best!

They always help me out. I'm not much a planner and when I need to stop by unplanned, theyre so accommodating with their busy schedules/line up. They take the time to explain everything to me and help me expand my understanding of cars, especially my car and how it functions. Im moving soon and super bummed cause it will be a trek now but I trust the crew and I trust Willie. So the longer drive to come out that way will be worth it. Always appreciative of everything they do! :)

Excellent information and service. I’m 75 and admittedly ignorant of anything mechanical. They kept me informed and let me ask stupid questions too. Another lady in the waiting area told me they were honest and dependable as well. I went in thinking I needed a new MAF filter, they checked all the hoses first and found one that was really corroded, yes they did show it to me. Also, while there I had them check my battery, car had been sitting for awhile and I’d had to jump start a couple of times before today. It tested ok, but died before I even left the garage! Got a new battery too! I’ve found my mechanic!
