The staff are welcoming, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, providing great customer service and detailed product descriptions. The owner is super friendly and gives good recommendations. They offer high-quality smoking products and accessories, and have everything a modern smoker would need at good, reasonable prices, without being overpriced. They stand by their products, handling issues without hesitation. With four locations, it is hands down the best smoke shop for quality products at a great price.
