I had to come in to print some documents, Don attended us and he was great!! From the lady in the front to Don at the printing station it made our visit very enjoyable’ super fun people especially working retail they helped brighten up our day!

This place needs an overhaul from top to bottom. I went in there at 12:00 on Friday afternoon I was the only one in there and I waited 15 mins for anyone to help me with the shipping computer. I then finished and waited another 30 for someone to come over. The computer had timed out and the lady was huffing and puffing that I called her over (30 mins prior) and I wasn't done. I reminded her that I was done but that it took so long that it had timed out. She was very rude and acted like I was putting her out by me having to redo it so I took my box and I left. Every time you go in there and is the most unorganized, slowest, confused bunch of people I've ever met my life. There's an employee from another store in there as a customer and she made a comment several times that she never seen a group of people so confused and that this would never fly at their store. Everyone from top to bottom needs to be fired.

Extremely horrible experience, store supposed that close at 7:00 p.m, store manager Tracy told us at 6:32 that he can't proceed helping us,(as far as faxing and printing documents), he was arguing with us since 6:32 till 6:50 not doing his job, ended up mot completing the job,at any retail they stop new customers entering the store at the closing time, but it's the first time for me to see place stop helping customers 30 minutes before closing, just because manager wants to leave early

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EARTH, THE MANAGER TRACY IS SO RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL. Long story short, I arrived 6:20, I was waiting in the line, I sent my email that I need to fax and it was received by 6:34, the man started to print and when he finished printing at 6:41, he told me I won’t send the fax because we close at 7, I said you still have time, the manager said same thing, instead of working on the fax they were arguing with me till 6:52 refusing to do the job, I WOULD SUGGEST IF YOU ARE HIRING SUCH MANAGERS, YOU WOULD CLOSE THE DOOR IN FRONT OF PEOPLE FACES STARTING 6:30 IF THE ACTUAL CLOSING TIME IS 7 INSTEAD OF KICKING YOUR CUSTOMERS OUT, WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

Went in to purchase a new ink cartridge as my old one was discontinued. Tracy, the store manager, was very knowledgeable and even told me about the industry changes regarding ink cartridges vs ink tanks and which was more affordable. I will be returning.

Rating a 2 due to incorrect hours. They close at 7 pm. NOT 9 pm as listed. A major company should be more attentive to keeping social media updated.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wish I could select a minus rating. The staff at the Office Depot on Denton Hwy in TX is terrible. They are extremely rude. One had the audacity to snap at me while I was waiting in line. They rushed me, gave incorrect information in store twice and on the phone twice. They all conflicted with each other and made no sense. It should not be difficult to explain the printing process to a customer. Their behavior was completely uncalled for. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Worst customer service ever. Will never return. I went to pick up mini binder paper because online it said they had over three packages.I get there and ask someone. They never took me to the designated spot. You can go to NRH location, it says they have five, says the worker.I drove here now you want me to drive there using the same unguaranteed source.No thanks.

Here now, at least 4 employees working- I use "working " loosely. The store is almost empty with customers, the 3 that are here can't find help. I'm trying to buy computer monitors- give them money which is the goal of a business. I've been waiting 14 minutes for them to tell me if I can??? Not sure if I'm stock. And wanted to buy a desk, but was told I can't as there's no "man power" to search for it?! WTH?? One of the customers in line just walked out. We're standing here with employees just staring at us, not helping. INSANE!!
