“I had an issue with a Mens Ring that turned out not to be what I expected. Chance is the Manager. He handled the situation very professionally. Pawn Shops can have a bad wrap sometimes. Myself, I love them. You can find so many good deals sometimes. This is one of the better stores in all of DFW, which I have been to at least 35 - 40 different ones and branches. I appreciate the service received.

They have to hook it up to make sure the printer works properly and most people who sell printers don't refill the ink cartridges to be able to test it out. For those who took good care of their printers, it's unfortunate, but it's nice to exactly how pawn shops and customers could get scammed out of a purchase for those who pawn printers that don't work instead of having to call around to every pawn shop just to be told "We don't take printers" with no other explanation as to why.

I have some musical need to meet, and let me tell you, if you want to buy musical equipment, DO NOT go to Guitar Center...go to Cash Plus Pawn and ask for Jason Barber. What a terrific experience. These guys have the largest selection of musical equipment you've ever seen outside of a dedicated music store. AND! I literally couldn't even haggle with Jason because he was so amenable to every request and he made such a fair price on all that I asked that I was just left silenced. These people rock! “I love this place. I walked in w out a clue what I was doing and Kevin, the owner was the kindest most caring and compassionate store owner I have ever dealt with. I came in almost every day this week and he helped me go through everything I had. I brought in cases of spoons and he checked each one by hand and found some gold in some of the stuff I brought in. He never treated me like a nuisance and listened to my troubles and I knew he truly cared about me and my family. It had been a tough week but Kevin made it a little brighter. He's honest and fair and I wouldn't go anywhere else ever to sell my gold and silver. Trust me when I say, once you meet Kevin, you won't want to go anywhere else either.
