“This is a well-known secret for locals, but others need to know because it is such a gem of a find. This is the post office on Cannon Drive, right off of 26 (if you're exiting Kroger for example, keep going through the light, you'll hit Canon and the post office will be on the right) and is the only post office serving 76054. I actually look forward to going to the post office. Staff are friendly, funny, professional, and actually seem to enjoy serving us folks. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Scott Cranfill. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Lorena Parks, who is an excellent addition. Last but not least is the new director of that location. Mrs. Bianca Davis. I had come in as I had not received mail in several days and didn't know if there was some kind of problem. Turned out that my regular carrier is out on health leave, and a filler was doing their darndest to learn the route and get settled. That explained it. She assured me that she would look into it personally and that afternoon my mail arrived 2 hours earlier than normal. Quick results with that place. Highly recommend, they have a great selection of cards, all the stuff you need for priority mail, oodles of stamps, and all together a bright and cheerful place. And yes they have private post office boxes. The post office is starting to shutter locations nationwide. I fervently entreaty those who might use this location, to speak up. It's worth your time.”

“I have to honestly say I hate going to the post office there are usually long lines and the customer service is usually not great. But if the Post Offices around the USA had more people like Tony working there it would be amazing. Tony helped me with my large box that was too big for my items. He also helped me print my return label and my package was ready to ship. I noticed how patient he was helping a lady get her passport together he was so nice. I appreciate him for being professional and kind. I usually leave the post office frustrated but not today I left with a smile.”

“Thanks to the employee named Erica who helped me process the passport form and did the paperwork. I was fortunate enough to take in the walk in hours on website. It's hard to get an appointment online so I went to the post office here. Totally appreciate Erica's service!!!
P.S. the guy at the post office said that they r short staffed. That's why it's hard to find post office that's available for passport. The website isn't updated. Get mad at the website people. Smh not at the staff.”
“I would give them 5 stars for the lovely gentleman that work there but unfortunately the lady working there 10/7/25 @12pm was very rude. I arrived to pickup a package to which I previously spoke to one of the gentleman there and already arranged that I was gonna pick it up around 12. I get to the front desk and the gentleman takes my information and was gonna go back and look for the package and she stops him and starts asking me all these questions assuming I didn’t know what I was doing and that I may have called the wrong number. Overall, her attitude was aggressive and so unnecessary. I get it. We can have bad days, but if I haven’t even said anything to you, there’s no reason for you to come at me demanding me with these questions. It’s one thing to talk to people, but another to talk at people. Again, the gentlemen there were so sweet and helpful ! But she needs to take a day off lol”

“I have been coming to this location regularly before and after work for a couple months. I was surprised to see negative reviews. Everyone I've dealt with here has been polite, professional, and helpful. The door has always opened right on time (although they only unlock the right side door, so pulling on the left side may leave one thinking they haven't opened).”
“I would like to show my gratitude to my letter carrier today. She went beyond the call of duty. My husband took a fall just outside our front door. She came to my rescue by helping me get him back on his feet. I don’t know what I would have done without her kindness and for this I am most appreciated. If only I would have gotten her name. “It's a post office. Pretty good size. Friendly postal workers work here. It's where I go to post things. Things go from here to other people if you pay them. It works. They also do passport renewals if yours is expired or just newals if you dont have one.”

The package was delivered into a parcel locker in my mailbox unit, but I hadn't received a key. I stopped by the post office this morning and the package was placed on my porch this afternoon, so happy!!! Scott was very pleasant and professional. Also appreciated Amy calling this evening to make sure I had recieved the package.”

“I came into the post office yesterday to pick up a flat rate box and the customer service was outstanding. Today I went to mail it off and I was greeted with a smile, the place was clean, I didn’t stand in line long, and the customer service was great. He was very patient with everyone and very respectful. This was my first visit here since moving to the area and this has been the best post office visit I have had in a very long time. I no longer dread dealing with rude employees with poor customer service!”

“I get why people leave rough reviews, every experience is different, and most people who would leave a review are frustrated. I personally had two packages I couldn’t find because where I live is so new they don’t even deliver mail yet, the troubling thing about that experience is that no one could just tell me, “your mail won’t be delivered until a certain point in time to your property.” There’s no notes to leave for confused recipients, and I even reached out to them in a service request, but no one could simply tell me, “we have it at this location, you just need to go here.” Instead the representative said she’d reach out to see if they can find the mail. So I feel like that’s more a failing of the system itself rather than the failing of this particular location, as when I finally found that this is where my mail was, they had me in and out in five minutes and were very kind, and the girl at the front had a cool a tribe called quest shirt on. For people coming here in the future, the parking is in the grass, or mud in my case if it’s been raining, and you’re going up the curb to get there, so just be prepared.”

“I honestly don't understand all of the negative reviews. This post office is the best I've ever been to. Yes it may be small and sometimes only have one worker, but it's a small town that it is in. They are always so kind to everyone that comes in and are very helpful and willing to answer questions. I've lived a lot of places all over the country and this is by far my favorite post office I've used. I will take slow service with kind caring workers over fast service with people who are miserable and rude any day!!”
