5 stars for the team at CPR Cell Phone Repair Watauga! We've used them 3-4 times now, and they always save our day. They are honest about our repair options, and don't hard sell us. They are super fast, friendly and professional!

Well that was one of the dumbest conversations I've ever had in my life. Call them up asking for a replacement screen on a Samsung s10. Was quoted a price over 300 bucks (more than the phone itself is actually worth). Was told that is because "it's the screen in the battery together" (yes she said screen IN THE battery). I explained to her that I didn't need a battery I just needed the screen. We went round and round nine times with her trying to convince me that the screen and Battery needed to be done together. That makes no sense at all. Avoid.

Took my phone in due to a "Camera Failed" issue. I paid $150 for the diagnosis and camera replacements, only to find out later the camera wasn't the issue. The issue was apparently in the motherboard, meaning I need a new phone. Money is tight and I've been struggling, but I use my phone for work so I had to try getting it fixed. I wish they would've done more to find the real issue before I spent so much money on things I didn't need to. I spent $50 on a diagnosis (which didn't find the issue, so a poor diagnosis) then $100 on camera replacements that didn't need to be replaced. I have some sympathy, because the issue may have been difficult to detect. That's why I'm giving 3 stars, not 2 stars.

Its hard finding good customer service these days. To receive excellent customer service is unheard of. Not at this place. Shelly went above and beyond what 99% of people would have. She is amazing honest friendly and one hell of a cell phone repair lady. Thank you soo much for all your help. Congrats on 10 years of business. I'll refer my friends and family and I will be a lifetime customer.

I went in 8/31/23 at 4:45pm for an iPhone 11 screen replacement. I originally called because my iPhone was unresponsive to touch and no longer functional. The man working whose name I forget said 9/10 times a new screen will fix that problem. Cost was $141 out the door for an aftermarket screen, I chose not to go with OEM. Upon receiving that call to come pick up my phone I was notified that my phone had undergone water damage which caused corrosion on my screen and unfortunately some on my chip-board, which is the suspected reason for touch failure as well as my Face ID recognition no longer working. The worker said usually they warranty repairs up to 90 days, but since the phone had water damage they will not warranty and cannot guarantee that the problem won’t reoccur. That was unfortunate news but it is not their fault and I understand why they wouldn’t warranty it. Hopefully my phone stays responsive. The guy said it could last me another year or more, or it could poop out in 2 days, there was no telling. An Honest response I’d rather him tell me like it is than to guarantee functionality just for it to not be true; because then this review wouldn’t be 5 stars. Lol. Regardless of what happens with my phone in the future I think the man who was working and the lady who answered the phone were sincere, knowledgeable, and respectful. Not too mention they took less than an hour to actually do the job which is appreciated . I definitely recommend CPR service to anyone needing screen replacement, as far as other repairs I can’t vouch for them but i personally would give them another shot over any other repair spot. Price was fair, and the job was completed. Thanks CPR.

Absolutely yes!!! These nice folks fixed my failed cell phone in seconds for no charge. To save you from bugging them the way I did, if your iphone is just dead, try pressing volume up, then volume down, then hold the power button. (or maybe I am the only guy that did not know this trick.)

They took about almost 4 months repairing my 3ds. We sent it in around April, its now July and I’m just now getting it back this Saturday.4 months to repair a 3ds? A handheld system? C’mon now. Thats insane. At least they fixed it.

This establishment's abysmal service was evident in not just one, but three separate interactions I had with them. From a botched phone repair to a limited product selection and an appalling return experience, this place has shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money here, and suggest looking elsewhere for your needs.Firstly, I brought in my iPhone for a screen repair, hoping to have it fixed promptly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the repair only exacerbated the issue, as the screen stopped working altogether after their so-called service. Not only did they fail to address the initial problem, but they also managed to make it worse. The lack of expertise and attention to detail is simply unacceptable.On a subsequent visit, I decided to purchase a product from this establishment, hoping for a reasonable selection to choose from. However, to my disappointment, their offerings were extremely limited. It felt as though they had no interest in catering to the diverse needs of their customers. This lack of variety and options demonstrates a complete disregard for customer preferences and requirements.Lastly, I had to return a defective item I purchased, and this is where their customer service truly hit rock bottom. The staff members I interacted with during the return process were not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. They showed no empathy or willingness to assist, making the whole experience incredibly frustrating. Eventually, I managed to exchange the product, but the hassle and disrespect I endured were simply unwarranted.Based on these three experiences, I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. Their phone repair service is unreliable, their product selection is severely lacking, and their customer service is abysmal. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reputable and customer-oriented establishment. There are plenty of other options available that value your time, money, and satisfaction.

The team at CPR was amazing! Jarrod at the Southlake store searched other locations for a hard-to-find part for my phone. After locating it, he contacted Tristin at the Watauga location and asked her to hold the part until we could reach the store. Tristin was waiting for me and repaired my phone in record time. On a Friday evening. Right before closing time. I am very grateful for their consideration and excellent service. I will refer eveyone who needs repairs or accessories to CPR!
