This is crazy! I have blonde hair and the lady that works there suggested a hair dye called Overtone. This hair dye was supposed to make my hair brown but it turned purple. How does someone mistake purple for brown!

I came in today to get my color, there was a customer in front of me in line, who yelled at one of the employees(black and pink hair), berating her for the price of an item. she handled it very well and was extremely kind to me, even helping me find my color at checkout. the staff here is very helpful and customer oriented.

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. The price that was posted turned out to be incorrect, and when I pointed it out, the response I received was extremely rude. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and handling it respectfully, I was met with an unprofessional attitude. When I suggested that it’s not appropriate to speak to clients that way, I was dismissed with a curt “Have a good day, I’m good.” This is not how you treat customers—especially when the error is on your end. Especially when I was leaving she started laughing with the other employees and customers.

With 3 girls working the front you would think someone would check in like at the other beauty supply’s to see if you needed help with anything. Aimlessly looking down the aisle I didn’t want to interrupt their conversations about how slow it was so I will not be coming back to this location. We’ll see how the others do if I need to but I’ll go to another beauty supply’s closer to my work now.

05-02-2025. Went in today. The lady working was so helpful. She got me fixed up. She went beyond and above. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Im about a hour away. I will drive to this location for all of my needs. I hope the store knows what a special person they have working. Ive been to a lot of places and costomer service isn't great but the lady today exceeded all of my expectations. She is a asset to the company.

Every time I come in here it’s a problem. I live up the street so it’s convenient and I’m a blonde so I constantly need bleach and toner. today I tried to give it another shot and the system was down . The last time I went I tried to pay with cash and she was scared to take my 100 bill I just got out the ATM. Always something with this store will not be coming back will start going to the one by the north east mall.

Store was busy and the staff there was handling it so professionally! They even asked me if I needed acetone when I was checking out and I DID NEED IT! Thanks for saving me a trip and keep up the good work! 😀

I went to the store today to process a return which I confirmed with Sally’s customer service before going to the store. They advised me it was Ok as long as I have my receipt and within the 60 days. They confirmed I shouldn’t have any problems at any Sally’s. I went to store #2725 store Manager: sandra white refuse to do the return telling me it’s manager’s discretion so therefore she’s not going to do it. I can call customer service if I want to but she’s not. Right now she’s going to the bank to take care of her own personal matters I can wait if I want to she told me and left the store. She was rude and very disrespectful with her slave last name (white) no wonder her behavior was at such telling me she’s the manager. Who are your authorities????

I went in there tonight and I was greeted which is fine but after I was in there for about 10 minutes I was greeted four more times asking if I needed anything which is total Overkill to me and I know that if I needed something I would ask them to help me but instead I said no I'm okay I've been doing here for 25 years and the manager piped up and said do you want a cookie so I left everything on the counter and left rude rude rude so rude. The amount of sarcasm and rudeness and what she said and how she did it was unexcusable in my $30 purchase may not matter but it should.

Maddie was rude. Asked for simple things what volume for my hair and she said you won't get there. She said sorry. She said it's not going to work so sorry. Not very nice and they need mire caring people. She seems miserable.

Was already kind of eerie about going into the store because typically I just pull out some box bleach & dye. Should've just stuck to that lol. Not only did it smell of weed, but the workers treated me like i was the bane of their existence. Was recommended some of the most expensive products there even after i was open about my low budget. Desperate to get my hair lighter... And trusting her recommendations... I went ahead and bought what i was under the impression was right. Obviously, I'm not any cosmetologist... So I had no clue what half of these products were and how they worked. But she didn't care to explain it to me. She was persistent that 'all I need is a bleach bath' even though i'm going from black to ginger... here i am still sitting with no change in my hair and a dye that won't mix. My hair is not their fault, though the customer service and disrespect had nothing to do with me. Worker was rude when I tried to purchase other products knowing that my hair might not lift in one go. She didn't help me when i had asked about hair dye, so when I bought these products, I didn't know that they wouldn't mix. Or even how to mix them. So almost all that money went down the drain. Really disappointed... Now I have dead hair with no change! Would've rather just used my $12 Kiss bleach kit & dye from walgreens

One lady was nice and helped me out but the white fat lady kept staring at me and my bag and when I asked if I could just put the stuff in my own bag instead of the paper bag that I’m never gonna use again, she stared me down as I put everything in my bag. If I wanted to steal I’d be a lot smarter than making it obvious.
