Was already kind of eerie about going into the store because typically I just pull out some box bleach & dye. Should've just stuck to that lol. Not only did it smell of weed, but the workers treated me like i was the bane of their existence. Was recommended some of the most expensive products there even after i was open about my low budget. Desperate to get my hair lighter... And trusting her recommendations... I went ahead and bought what i was under the impression was right. Obviously, I'm not any cosmetologist... So I had no clue what half of these products were and how they worked. But she didn't care to explain it to me. She was persistent that 'all I need is a bleach bath' even though i'm going from black to ginger... here i am still sitting with no change in my hair and a dye that won't mix. My hair is not their fault, though the customer service and disrespect had nothing to do with me. Worker was rude when I tried to purchase other products knowing that my hair might not lift in one go. She didn't help me when i had asked about hair dye, so when I bought these products, I didn't know that they wouldn't mix. Or even how to mix them. So almost all that money went down the drain. Really disappointed... Now I have dead hair with no change! Would've rather just used my $12 Kiss bleach kit & dye from walgreens

One lady was nice and helped me out but the white fat lady kept staring at me and my bag and when I asked if I could just put the stuff in my own bag instead of the paper bag that I’m never gonna use again, she stared me down as I put everything in my bag. If I wanted to steal I’d be a lot smarter than making it obvious.

It's has been awhile since I've stepped into Sally's and they have expanded their hair care line and have a nice presentation for their products. They carried the brand I was looking for and the ladies at the register were welcoming. Though they have expanded their hair care line, they are limited on their hair care products. The prices are affordable but higher than I noticed with other places that sell the same products. All in all, I plan to return to Sally's for some of my haircare needs.

Been to this location a few times. Friendly staff and an excellent stock on many different hair colors. Clean and quiet.

Prices are aren't labeled correctly.. hair color was priced at $8.29 and it rung up as $9.29 and we mentioned it to the sales associate and she laughed and said oh the prices are going up... okay? So label it correctly or better please adjust price to what's labeled on the shelves..

This beauty shop is elevated for its remarkable customer service. I was instantly helped without any solicitation and given advice on various products for hair dyes, toners, and bleaches. The suggestions were not the most expensive of each lot so it was clear the advice was to give me products that they trusted.

STACY!!!! (I hope that's how she spells it). She is absolutely amazing. I walked in knowing a few things. She was on top of her game. She helped with everything, without being pushy. She walked the store gathering everything I needed. She helped me all while assisting at least 6 other shoppers. We were able to chat a little and even laugh. So if you need anything, She is the girl to go to. Thank you!!!!

I arrived right at 6 walked in and the person at the register said they were closed to come back tomorrow at 10am when they open. But yet there were still customers in the store. And if a store is actually closed then you should lock your doors and not leave them open so people walk in to be told come back. This wouldn't be so frustrating if this wasn't my only day of the week I could go in until my next work week when I can get off earlier. Also if you know you just told someone that you are closed shouldn't you go and close or lock your doors??? But instead left them open to tell more customers to come back tomorrow. I saw this while I was looking up another Sally's hours to see if they were open. Not good costumer service in my book. These younger generations have no consideration towards others.

Sally’s has made a big mistake by deciding to charge for a shopping bag!I’m NOT HAPPY about that! As a professional, I have other suppliers who don’t charge for something that should remain complementary.
