I recently visited Sports Clips and had a disappointing experience. As soon as I walked in, there was nobody at the front desk to greet or assist me. I stood there for quite some time before anyone acknowledged my presence.
The waiting system is a complete mess; it felt chaotic and disorganized. It was hard to tell who was next and how long I would be waiting. To make matters worse, I noticed that family members of the staff received preferential treatment, being called ahead of others.
Overall, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

most sports clips honor the online check-in this store does not. I checked in online, went to the store and was on deck. Somebody walks in off the street and because they know some stylist, they jump me in line. This person also brought his son who also got a haircut. when this happened one of the stylist went to the front register and all of a sudden I go from on deck to waiting. I asked wasn’t I here first and already on deck and I was told that other people checked in online and had priority.

Had a great experience with this being my first visit. Got the VIP special and it was good. Very nice hair dresser, she did a great job.

Great experience even received free shampoo, shoulder massage, and hot towel on face for being first-time client. Stylists Brittany Shears did a great job.

Brittany is the bomb. Always does exactly what I ask and I give her some flexibility of what she thinks would look best when I change my hair for the summer/winter etc. highly recommend.

I have been here 5 times, and had my hair cut by 4 different ladies. Each time, my haircut was great. I will continue to come here and hope that the skillset of the employees here continues to be impressive. Shout out to Tracy, Maggie, Marissa and Britney Shears. I would recommend this location, as I’ve been to 2 others that were hit or miss with quality haircuts

Sports Clips changed their app and it is worthless and has been that way for a while. I have spent so much time trying to book an appointment with a certain person I use all the time and for many years. Once booked it kicks me off and today had to call to get put on list. The employees that work for Sports Clips are frustrated as well, if sports Clips wants to lose business to competitors because they don’t have their act and IT department together, keep your unacceptable app the way it is and keep pissing off your customers. You might as well not even have an app if it does not work. Your staff works hard and has to deal with this and unhappy customers as well..Sports Clips get your act together and run a better business in this day and age of technology. This has been this way for
Months…totally unacceptable!
