Ask for Rendy!!! I went in knowing or I should say thinking I could not afford the phone I really wanted. I was going to settle for a cheaper lower quality phone because I was in a desperate state. My phone a Samsung Z Flip 4 had seen better days and I figured since it was older it wouldn't be worth much for trade and I was wrong! I was able to leave with my new Samsung S24 Ultra for very little down and my monthly payment is within my budget!! Thank you so much for the awesome service Rendy!!!! If I ever need anything else I'll definitely come see you guys there!

Went here to upgrade my plan, add a line, and upgrade 2+ devices. One device took quite a while to back-up to icloud, and was not going to be finished until after they closed that day. I asked what time they opened the next day, and was mislead to believe leaving my device there was the appropriate thing to do (so as not to disrupt the back-up). I told them I would be there first thing in the morning when they opened, to double-check everything had backed up correctly BEFORE transferring the data/settings/etc to the new phone and wiping the data from the old phone. I arrived when they opened the next day to find out that they had wiped the old phone without my consent, and before I'd had a chance to transfer all the data/settings and whatnot to my new phone. After leaving devastated with no a phone that was basically a clean slate, I tried restoring bits and pieces of what I had on the phone prior, but it was not at all what I expected which was that I'd be able to download my backup and all my apps, data, settings, etc would be restored like I had them before.UPDATE: The store manager called me back after digging in a little deeper to the problem and researched how to complete the download from the backup and restore everything like how I originally had it. That was great customer service on their part for following up and not just leaving it as is with me walking out in tears. They walked me through step by step how to re-wipe the new phone and how to properly restore the data from the icloud back-up. It was a stressful, frustrating morning, but I'm relieved it was all eventually figured out. I hope this dreadful experience of mine will help someone else in the future avoid the chaos I experienced because the staff there is now better equipped/more knowledgeable on how to handle the back-up/restore process for iphones.

I purchased four phones for holiday gifts and came in to this shop for porting numbers and data transfers. It was not a quick or smooth process due to dealing with really old phones we upgraded from and the other carriers we had to connect with to obtain transfer pins. This was on DECEMBER 23rd!So the manager Tyrone took the time with us while masterfully juggling staff and customers. He has the answer to EVERYTHING!I’m going to him from now on for investment advice, relationship hints and cooking instruction! Okay maybe not these things but he knew what to do and with great patience! Much better service than with my old carriers!

GO TO DIFFERENT LOCATION the manager MIGUEL and salesman are extremely rude and will sell you on FRAUDULENT DEALS and ADD LINES that you will have to call corporate and sort out after leaving.

I give T-Mobile 5 Stars especially to Uncle Sam on the excellent help in me and the wife on buying new phones and iPads then subsequently Tyrone on correcting my snafu of loosing one of those then getting a new phone but finding the lost one and returning the replacement well done gentlemen we will continue using T-Mobile because of you.

Get everything in writing! I was on T-Mobile for a year and was told I could get a better deal with new phones if I did it under my business name. They talked and good talk. Made everything sound so good. Unroll I got my 3rd bill. That’s when I could out they scammed me. Customer Service, the Store, the sales associate, Diego, they all gave me the run around about my bill. Got stuck paying $120 MORE a month than my previous carrier. Calls drop often, internet is always out and we pay more money for that because someone lied to us and we believe them. T-Mobile is a definite scam! They away from them all!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst t mobile location. They will make you sit for over an hour without even asking what you are in for. We literally went in to get a screen protector replaced and sat for over an hour before we just left because no one even asked what we needed. Not to mention there was a guy walking around doing seemingly nothing (definitely not helping customers).

So stupid of me giving T-Mobile another chance . This is the WORST cellphone company to sign up with! DO NOT believe their lies when they say they can get you in on a “deal” because your phone bill show otherwise. Once you’re in, it’s literally impossible to get help on fixing the issues they created. I’m so happy to move on to a better company even if that means I lose money on paying our devices off. WE JUST WANT OUT OF THESE SCAMMERS!!!

We received horrible customer service when we tried to get a new phone. The employees do not greet you, hide in the back, are very dismissive when you are actually working with them, and you have to ask the right questions to get the answers you want. We only had luck with one employee and she was busy at the time. The owner does not seem concerned as the google review response is the same for everyone expressing the same problems.I would not recommend this storefront to anyone, instead go to the NRH location.

Elizabeth was a huge help!!! Had an old android that I wanted replaced and she helped navigate me to a newer phone on a great rate! Couldn't be more thankful, her service was professional and personable, most associates these days always pressure people into things they don't want. I felt comfortable and guided in the process, like I was dealing with a friend.

The staff was great. We were greeted by a red hair girl as soon as we walked in. The store was very knowledgeable and friendly. Good customer service overall great energy sure made my day. Definitely will go back
