Shout out to this store for ruining Christmas this year.I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered the nice office chair online that my wife loved when she sat in it earlier in the year. I set my order as "in-store pickup" to pickup the Saturday right before Christmas while my wife was out Christmas shopping. Very reasonable because you can't hide a big chair box very well in a small house. So what does Staples do?They sold my chair I ordered AND PAID FOR to someone else! Screw me, right? They couldn't hold my chair for two weeks until Christmas, I guess it was too much in the way! Screw this place! Never buying from Staples again.

Needed 15 11x17 photos printed same day. We were helped by David, then Bonnie(I think was her name). Both had great customer service! Thank you so much, Bonnie, for being patient with us during our order and for taking the time to double-check that everything was perfect. It was definitely appreciated!

I just tried to recyle some electronics (laptop, printer, a few old smartphones and tablets) at your store. The website says it would be free, but the clerk told me it would be about $20.Maybe make it clearer for the costumer that it will not be free, so that you know before you come in.

I dropped off a retail return there for the first time and the process was smooth and I got a an in-store coupon that I used to pick up some office supplies. The staff were kind.

Dude who was supposed to show up in the printing section decided to no call no show, so your boy Victor said “if you want, I can try and cut your copies for you” and I said not only do I want, I need. I am going out of town in the morning and I need these flyers cut out like right this second. I stand here in the back of the copy and print section in an employee only area helping Victor as he literally learns how to laser cut on this machine in front of me.Not only am I impressed by his work ethic but also his attention to detail, so the store gets 3 stars, but Victor gets 7, which raises the average to 5.Staples isn’t to blame for a no call no show so I can’t be mad, I can let staples know Victor is a great addition to your team here.

Visited this location to print out a formal letter on card stock paper; the customer service guy attempted to read my letter, multiple times…My initial request was to print a letter on card stock paper. He began to act confused, asking if I needed multiple copies. Instead of printing 1 copy, he printed 3 copies and attempted to keep the other 2 copies… I asked him kindly to shred the additional copies however, if I didn’t ask, he would’ve kept the papers to read…This is absolutely a breach of customer confidentiality!I will never do business with Staples again.

Please change the posted store hours to 8:45pm - or whatever time the doors get locked during the week. Employees in the store were staring at me for trying to enter the store during the posted business hours. This is not the first Google review complaining about the early closings, so it is apparent that management is not aware of the problem, or participates in it, or doesn’t care.

Happy because I was able to drop my prepaid UPS packages and get a receipt on a federal holiday when all the UPS Offices were closed.
