Called up to buy 4 widebody rims and tires for my dodge charger. A lady answered and told me to wait. After a few moments a dude told me give me 2 minutes im busy right now and never called me back. Trash customer service.

Wanted to mount a 28 “tire on the rim.. he told me 75$ a tire.. I only needed tire put on rim.. way to pricey. I was not happy.

Worst experience, Went there couple of times to do patches on my car both times they refused to do it. They even make me wait too long just for the air..& they even didn't put the air. Never going back.. Not recommended.

I went to Texas Tires to get wheels, tires, and 2in front level on my truck. Manager Joe chose the wheel width, offset, and tire size. After getting all that installed, the next week I called saying that the front tires rubbed when turning. I told Joe it need to be raised another inch to not rub. He suggested installing Super Springs and quoted me $650 for parts & labor. I returned and had the springs installed. When it was time to pay, they changed me $880 after quoting me $650. With the 2in level kit and the Super Spring combo installed together, the truck could not be aligned. I went to several specialty alignment shops and they said it couldn't be aligned with those 2 things installed together. Texas Tire wanted another $200 to reinstall the original stock springs. That means I would have spent $1,033 just to have the truck like it originally was. What a joke. I took the truck to a different shop to get the original springs reinstalled. There was no way that I was ever going to give Texas Tires any more of my money.

In full disclosure I went to Hamms tire to resolve my tire issue today. After getting disrespected at Hamms I drove to Texas Tires down the street. OMG what a huge difference. The owner helped me personally. It was pouring rain and they were getting soaked but made sure my problem was resolved. These dudes Rock. I highly encourage anybody looking for tires got to Texas Tires Watauga. They will not disappoint. I want to thank the team at Texas Tires Watauga for their customer service. Folks if you want excellent service you have to try Texas Tires

The MGMT and staff are very professional and customer service is excellent!! Always aim to please and willing to work with customers for the best deal possible... Always my go to when I need tires or repairs on a tire.
