Just so happened to come upon this place because it was minutes from where my car was overheating. Glad I did because I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with other places. Watauga Automotive did an awesome job. They were quick and efficient with their work. Andy kept me up-to-date on everything going on and was honest and friendly. He didn’t try to oversell me on anything and I was out the next day. I’ll definitely be bringing my other cars there for work.

I had a very good experience with this place. I had been texting with JD and he gave me a quote on getting a new condenser for my Nissan Rougue since mine was leaking freon. A couple weeks later I texted him back and he was able to get me in on my day off and get my SUV done that same day! He answered every question I had via text.JD had given a very good quote of $730. When everyone else wanted to charge me$1000 or more. I never got to meet him and thank him for his professionalism! The guy I did talk to that morning was very nice and professional also! This is the place I will use next time I have any more repairs.

This review is a long time coming. The folks at Watauga Automotive have been servicing the four to five vehicles in my family for some time now and they always provide exemplary service fairly, honestly, and at a reasonable price. Andy, at the front office is quick to get me scheduled as expeditiously as possible and makes certain all work is pre-approved as well as providing me with updates as the work progresses. J.D. and his crew are highly skilled technicians and able to diagnose my car’s problems and to service virtually any issue they are presented with. On the rare occasion when I’ve needed work done that was not in their specialty, they referred me to other shops who conduct their business with the same attention to detail, professionalism and integrity that they possess themselves. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Watauga Automotive and I’m certain they will be servicing all of my vehicles for years to come.
