I am glad I dealt with my funds and wells fargo bank means a great deal to me. If anyone who is working in management, reconsider their funds for cashier checks or eft cash via getting hardcopy cash when it is space life.

No one wanted to help open up a checking account. A lady name kadafi I think turned me away and told me I needed to make an appointment and they’re all booked up for today. The Hurst location has done wonders for me and always helps me when I walked in.

This is the worst branch you can ever visit if you need a banker No one is available to help. If need any other things they ask you to visit other branches, and the biggest issue I spoke directly to the manager and he is the one who said go to different Branch, Not satisfied at allWorst customer services ever.

This is the worst branch you can ever visit if you need a banker to make changes or anything with you account we are here already 30 minutes and still waiting and the manager only offer to come later he would make an appointment for a later time. Really when you come to bank is because you need help on that moment no later. Worst customer services ever.

Went to cash a check. Teller was friendly and asked me various Wells Fargo related things (app, online wallet, etc) and chatted about my motorcycle gear. If she was doing some sort of upselling or required script about the app, it was impossible to tell. It came out like a normal conversation. They also thanked me for removing my helmet before coming in. I'm glad they said something, because it didn't even occur to me that the helmet could be a problem (robber) since I never go inside banks.

Madison was not a good experience. Our company is fully-online;She did not work coherently with Wells Fargo's back office to solve the problem of verifying an address for our banking mandate, It caused us a lot of wasted time and money because we needed funds deposited.Went to an Ivy League School, run a successful company: Madison is an another employee that doesn't listen and understand banking completed(Coming from a person that attended The Wharton School.

Substandard service. Employees happy to find a reason to NOT help you, square, black and white, no empathy no help. I am taking my accounts elsewhere people working in this branch love to make things harder than they are.

July 2020 the doors are locked. A sign says you must call for an appointment.FYI that is not the case at Chase. There you can walk right in during normal hours.Google Maps and Yelp should have this information and every business should accept the responsibility of maintaining all such public sources of their hours and public availability.If not, they really don't want your or my business, now, do they?Wells: why don't you keep this information up to date on public media sources instead of allowing customers and potential customers to waste time because you're either lazy or incapable?

I am so thankful for the people that work here. Ever since the lobby closed due to shelter in place, I wasn't sure how I was going to keep conducting business. I am unable to use the intercom, the staff make it so easy for me and are so understanding. Thank you guys for so amazing.

We would like to give a 5 star rating to a banker named Erika. She was extremely helpful, very patient and went above and beyond on our visit. Things didn't go as we planned, and she made sure she fixed the issue before we walked out the door. We will be back soon, I highly recommend her. Thank you Erika!

Normally good service. This one is closest to me house and I have banked with these folks for 4 years. I bank at the Heritage and I35 location and they are awesome! Today I went in to get $300 in tens from the twenties I brought. The young girl asked if I banked here and I said yes. She asks me to insert my credit card. I did and now it wants my pin. I ask why and she said in case she makes a mistake and has to locate me. I thought this was a ridiculous response. I have just as much to lose as she. Also, if you cannot break down a simple $300 change order you are the wrong teller there.... I wanted to discuse this with a manager but the girls on the floor are all gossiping with each other. Looks like I need a new bank!!!!
