Abby! She was amazing. We took a ring in that my mom bought from Zales in Hurst in 1993. She spent a lot of time going through the history of the ring and explaining the warranty and servicing of it. She was very knowledgeable and a delightful salesperson. Ask for Abby!

I go into this location at least every 6 months to have my ring cleaned & to make sure all is good, no bent prongs, etc. Been going for 3-4 years now. Staff has always been friendly, but it’s felt like visiting a funeral home, very stiff & formal & frankly I’ve always been glad I didn’t need to go back for another 6 months . Today I was helped by Joshua A, and it’s like life has been breathed into this location. Not only did he provide the service that I needed, but he engaged & had me smiling & laughing by the time I left. He proves that you can have professional behavior & make a customer feel at ease & welcomed. It was a breath of fresh air & made me enjoy my time in the store. May have to drop in for a visit before February of next year.

Absolutely worst service at this location today. I came in last week to have my wedding set cleaned and the lady that assisted me was amazing. She explained to me that one of my diamonds was cracked and my ring would need to be sent off. I told her I would bring it back later. I come back in today and the lady is telling me that she see the line in my diamond, but not a crack. It takes another employee to walk over at look at my ring to tell her that my diamond was cracked. The older lady attitude was the worst. I told her to give me my ring back. I will take my business elsewhere.

Sarah was Awesome. Though her and Joshua couldn't get my father in laws watch open for a battery change, and believe me, we all tried, they were able to send it off to be changed in just over a week.
After me having his watch for over 6 months, he is now wearing it again and happy to have it back.😁

I came into the store and was met by several employees who were very enthusiastic to help me find what i need. The store was very well kept, had a great variety of pieces to select from. 10 out of 10 experience here. I dealt with Sarah Blankenship and she was a true gem. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and she worked to make sure I got everything I wanted out of my purchase and honestly, it seemed like this was just how this location was run...absolutely making sure my best interests and needs were at the forefront. I will absolutely be coming back and purchasing with this location and Sarah again!
