Public Storage unit is Fantastic. The ladies at the Black Champ, Waxahachie location are incredibly kind and helpful. We had to move out in a hurry due to a move and Roxie was so kind, professional and we would gladly rent from them again! Thanks!

Was alot better when it was a mom and pop ownership. Rates continue to go up. Told them we were moving out at end of month. Got all of our stuff out on time. All for them to say thank you and charge us another full months rent along with a late payment. How we even acquired that is beyond me since it's on auto draft and the unit was canceled. Guess what checked my code and it no longer works even though they have charged me for an entire month. Crooked company stay away. Many other people are moving out as well. OVILLA STORAGE is still family owned, much cheaper and way easier to deal with

I had a great experience here! The atmosphere was on point; relaxed, welcoming, and just the kind of vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. Tierra made sure everything went smoothly with top-notch service, and Roxie… well, let’s just say she added that extra spark to the whole experience. Professional, friendly, and definitely someone who knows how to make a customer feel looked after. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’ve been using this facility for over 6 years now. Public Storage purchased it last year and since then my rent has gone up twice with no notice once so ever. I used to be able to call and speak to the owners directly and now I have to use the Public Storage app to get any kind of customer service. Not happy with the Public Storage ownership.

As soon as storage facility was sold the Public Storage “corporate” level has increased cost by double. Went from paying $50 a month to $80 to $100+ in under a year. Don’t recommend as they don’t even warn you about cost increases they just bill you for them. Go find a different place to store your items.
