These pumps never have paper for receipts! I am not going inside, I do pay at the pump so I do t have to go inside.

Dillion the manager over 711 told his employees not to load netspend cards when he’s not there at the store. It’s very aggravating when you can’t tell if the manager is in the store and keep making blank trips. This is very unprofessional

Got three hotdogs was told they don't participate with the 3 for 3 doing hotdogs cause hotdogs are 1.99 items when it clearly says big bite hotdogs

Went in to order my son a pizza, I told the cashier I wanted to use my points I had 18000 and she told me I couldn’t it was just $1 off. So I paid for it but after looking at the app, I requested a refund. When she got the manager involved she lied to him saying I didn’t mention the points when I clearly told her I wanted to redeem my points and inserted my number. The owner then came up behind her and the manager saying I cannot get a refund and for me to not do that. Like excuse me? I’m a paying customer, if there’s issues using the points that 7/11 offers they need to fix it! You cannot sit there and tell a customer they can’t get their money back after providing everything needed for a refund. My pizza wasn’t even made! After 10 minutes the young manager gave me cash (MY REFUND) & apologized. The owner is very rude, unprofessional and aggressive. The chubby short lady with glasses doesn’t know what the hell she’s doing & she’s a liar! I will not be returning to that location.

Don't use the ATM at this store Or any 711 because it'll steal your money from your account. Not give it to you and all they will tell you is that there's nothing that they can do about it.That you have to get ahold of your bank and dispute it.

I wish I had a photo to show this place. It's pretty new and has lots of drink options (coffees, slushes, and fountain drinks). The machines for these fountain drinks are more modern ( have some type of digital screen) and others are traditional. I went with my niece and we enjoyed our experience. A lady was welcoming LITERALLY EVERY customer and thanked everyone after cashing them out. I wish I knew her name but she was wearing glittery eyeshadow. She was on top of everything making sure all customers were in and out of the gas station.

Corporate needs to do more store site walks this is ridiculous to walk into a place and on top of that not an old store at all. To see a huge mess and lazy employees on top of it, that’s what it comes down to. A smoke break is always so much more important. Disgusting all thru out the drink area and floor. Everything was a mess. Sticky and gross. 5/23/23@ 725pm and another visit on 5/24/23 the isle was still a huge mess again. ??♂️

Love the drinks. Always gotta buy the xtra large. Always clean. No self check out except at the gas pumps. Friendly staff. Fresh meats. Smells good. Customer friendly.
