My appointment was at 3, didn’t get seen till 320 but other than that, perfect service. The receptionist was very professional and kind. Doctor was great. Ryan was by far a wonderful, kind, calm, knowledgeable man. He needs a raise.

I had the best experience! My baby was crying and one of the workers (who seemed to be the boss) took her and was able to calm her down while I put in my contacts! And then let me nurse my baby in a quiet room as well! 10/10 would recommend! ?

The exam process was seamless but picking up the materials was horrible as always. The only reason I continue to use this location is that I love Dr Jones. Otherwise I would go elsewhere. There is never enough staff out front people are standing around waiting to be helped.

Customer service is the worst. It's better to pay more money and get service, 45 minutes just to reorder is ridiculous.
